This study contributes to the literature on the competitiveness of Romanian exports with a new perspective over the decade 2001-2011, by overlapping of two complementary analyses: of the export performance dynamics and of the domestic revenues created by export manufacturers and their suppliers. The analyzed period includes the period of global economic growth (mainly 2003-2007) and the first years of the economic crisis (2009-2011 ). The year 2007, when Romania joined the European Union, is in the middle of the analyzed period. Suedia și Marea Britanie) ne-am aplecat inițial asupra datelor anuale ale creșterii PIB pe cap de locuitor pe o perioadă de 59 de ani (1950-2008). Pentru fiecare țară intervalul studiat a fost împărțit în două perioade: preaderare și postaderare. Apoi, după eliminarea zgomotelor de fundal cu ajutorul unei periodograme, am început examinarea curbelor de densitate spectrală. Rezultatele au indicat că în primii ani după aderare țările tindeau să aibă cicluri mai scurte decât în perioada precedentă. În a doua fază ciclurile deveneau egale cu cele ale perioadei pre-aderare. În final, după mai mulți ani, lungimea ciclurilor a crescut așa cum este evidențiat de curba în forma de J. Această curbă de creștere în formă de J este caracteristică țărilor care au aderat la UE, sugerând o legătură cauzală puternică între aderarea la Uniune și evoluția fluctuațiilor economice. Studiul de faţă face parte dintr-o cercetare mai amplă ce vizează dezvoltarea curriculei de studii europene din România. Lucrarea de faţă s-a născut din dorinţa de a răspunde întrebărilor studenţilor care doresc o formare în domeniul studiilor europene, dar şi celor care îşi pun problema aplicabilităţii acestor studii pe piaţa muncii. Lucrarea nu pretinde a fi exhaustivă. Se doreşte, însă, reflectarea unei stări de fapt şi a unei realităţi existente, o inventariere a resurselor actuale şi constituie un instrument de lucru capabil să reflecte o nouă abordare şi o dinamică a nevoilor în învăţământul universitar românesc, vizibilă în România. Pentru realizarea acestui lucru am realizat un studiu de caz în care am colectat date de la toate universităţile din România. Ca sursă principală pentru colectarea datelor am folosit siteurile oficiale ale universităţilor din România, realizând o bază de date primară cu informaţii despre toate cursurile de studii europene. Concret, am accesat site-ul fiecărei universităţi şi apoi pe cel al fiecărei facultăţi din respectiva universitate. Pe baza unei grile anterior stabilite ce cuprinde numele universităţii, numele facultăţii, al specializării sau al programului de studiu, am colectat toate cursurile ce fac referire la dimensiunea europeană. Am notat de fiecare dată doar titlul cursului, multitudinea de cursuri existente nepermiţându-ne intrarea în fiecare fişă a disciplinei. Am realizat acest demers pentru toate cele trei nivele de studiu: Licenţă, Master şi Doctorat. Este posibil ca în timpul colectării informaţiilor să fi fost omise anumite cursuri, având în vedere că sursele folosite, în general cele on-line, să nu fi permis cunoaşterea şi a altor cursuri existente în programele de studiu ale facultăţilor. Acest lucru ar putea contribui la diminuarea gradului de rigoare al cercetării. Însă, toate aceste omisiuni nu pot sa aibă o dimensiune importantă care să pună în discuţie cantitatea de informaţie culeasă. Asumându-ne aceste rezerve inerente unui studiu, vom căuta să dezvăluim specificul Curriculei de studii europene din instituţiile de învăţământ superior din România. Cursurile inventariate aparţin anului universitar 2008/2009, an în care am început să realizăm cercetarea de faţă, însumând pentru cele trei nivele de studii un număr impresionant de cursuri din categoria studiilor europene, şi anume aproape 2000.

The economic crisis did not altered the deep structural changes underway in global energy markets-growing energy demand in developing countries and growing concerns about limiting carbon emissions-and revealed how oil, coal and gas markets could help solving major energy challenges ahead. The current crisis has led to declining prices and slower economic growth. But this is nothing more than a break. Resource-rich countries continue to use their assets to promote their own interests, to expand areas of influence and to create alliances with partners similar to them. Similarly, transit countries and importing energy are trying to assert their positions. These forces are about to change the nature of international business. 9 The future security of supply will depend on the new interconnections both within and outside the EU, the increased energy saving practices, promoting smart networking and measuring technologies. Affordable energy for industrial and private consumers, will continue to be a challenge, but addressing it at a common European level, will be more effective and will generate economies of scale for the benefit of consumers.

In the context of current technological, social and economic changes, entities face several challenges aimed at further developing the key role of supplier of high quality products and services. These include the need to meet future consumer demands and develop production processes that increase labor productivity and reduce costs. Adequate and qualified human resources are essential to ensure quality production and implement more efficient production processes based on new technologies. As a result, the analysis of human resources is essential to achieve the economic-financial objectives of the entity and to enable the entities to face current and future challenges. The present paper provides an analysis of human resource provision through the lens of quantitative, qualitative and structural changes made within the entity. At the same time, the method of analyzing the stability of human resources through indicators of labor force fluctuation and circulation was exposed.

Dynamics ot the population of the main urban aglomerations in Europe (1980-2019). Using several available databases, all based on official information, the population evolution from the main European urban agglomerations (those with a minimum of 1000 thousand inhabitants) was reconstructed. The period considered was 1980-2019 in order to capture the changes generated by the disappearance of the iron curtain and the totalitarian regimes. The analysis based on the ascending hierarchical classification, carried out in XLSTAT, shows the persistence of strong east-west disparities but also the appearance of disparities, both between the former communist states and in the west of the continent. The relationship between the character and the author, the narrative figures, the stylistic dominants of the story "Amintiri din copilărie" by Ion Creangă and the novel "Din calidor"by Paul Goma are analysed. It examines the dialogical poetics of the novel, the dialectical relations of the bivoc word, the hybrid construction, plurilingvism, the instinctive genius sense of the language, the intrinsec elements of the narrative model in the line of the Creangă-Sadoveanu tradition.
