The valorisation of residual biomass has significant environmental, economic and social benefits, while it constitutes a key pillar of the transition towards a circular bioeconomy model. In this vein, this research focuses on assessing the viability of a plant which valorizes woody biomass for woodchips production. The aim of the paper is threefold: first, it highlights the differences between woodchips and other types (briquettes and pellets) of similar valorised biomass, and then second, it proposes a comprehensive framework which may guide the systematic and structured conduction of a feasibility study. Furthermore, it highlights the critical factors for the success of a woodchips venture, based on the implementation of the feasibility study in the context of central Greece (a region with strong potential in relation to bioeconomic development). Overall, based on primary and secondary research, the paper outlines detailed quantitative and qualitative data concerning technological, economic, and managerial dimensions (production process and equipment, logistics, financial assessment, etc.) of the initiative.
Title: Renaissance Masculinities, Diplomacy, and Cultural Transfer: Federico and Ferrante Gonzaga in Italy and Beyond Author: Jessica O'Leary Series: Renaissance History, Art and Culture Publisher: Amsterdam University Press Federico and Ferrante Gonzaga came of age during a time of intense change in sixteenth-century Italy: The Italian Wars (1494–1559). The first and third-born sons of Isabella d’Este and Francesco Gonzaga spent their formative years at the courts of Francis I of France and Charles V of Spain, where, as effectively diplomatic hostages, they learned valuable lessons about the transnational social codes and rituals central to sixteenth-century political life. As adults, they applied these lessons in their political and martial collaborations with Charles V: supporting his dominions in Italy, facilitating his attempted colonisation of northern Africa, and praising his attacks on Muslim pirates in the Italian Mediterranean. This book uses epistolary, literary, and material sources to argue that the boyhood and adult experiences of Federico and Ferrante Gonzaga are illustrative of wider strategies adopted by elite Italians to respond to conflict and crisis in a global age. This research paper titled ―Impact of NPA on the Growth of Banking Sector with special reference to Amravati district‖ make an attempt to conceptualize problem of NPA in banking sector , its impact on economy and also aims to provide guidance how to reduce NPA from banks. Banks have been playing a major role in the socioeconomic life of the country. Gross NPAs of domestic banks jumped to 4.2 % of total lending by the end of September 2013 from 3.6 % six months before, according to the Reserve Bank of India. As per a recent warning by the RBI, bad loans (NPAs) could climb to 7% of total advances by 2015.In absolute terms, gross NPAs are estimated to touch Rs 2.50 lakh crores by the end of March this year. This is equal to the size of the budget of Uttar Pradesh. The biggest chunk of the soured debts is with state-run banks (Public sector banks or PSBs), which account for two-thirds of loans but 80 % of the bad assets.

This essay presents a theoretical discussion, analysis, and formulation to reconfigure new meanings, potentialities, and multiplicities of homosexual relationship/s. After a brief discussion on the rapid popularisation of marriage equality as the primary goal of queer movements, an overview of queer critique of marriage is provided. Attention given to the notion of homonormativity and the sharp criticism from queer negativity/queer antisocial. For these critiques, subjects are encouraged to occupy the abject position, which I argue, only further depoliticise queer politics. After a critical overview of this political stance, I offer Foucault and Deleuze accounts to explore multiple forms of relationships beyond marital institution, focusing on the ways in which relationships are to be understood as in terms of potentialities, intensities, and emergent forms and functions beyond the existing language capacities and formalised forms. This essay should, however, not situated as masterly or prescriptive, but rather a modest effort to spur more critical concerns, discussions, and debates among queer Indonesians.

The three-decades old call for an inter-disciplinary rapprochement between IR Theory and Historical Sociology, starting in the context of the post-positivist debate in the 1980s, has generated a proliferating repertory of contending paradigms within the field of IR, including Neo-Weberian, Post-Structuralist, and Constructivist approaches. Within the Marxist literature, this project comprises an equally rich and diverse set of theoretical traditions, including World-Systems Theory, Neo-Gramscian IR/IPE, the Amsterdam School, Political Marxism, Neo-Leninism, and Postcolonial Theory. More recently, a “third wave” of approaches has been announced from within the field of IR, suggesting to move the dialogue from inter-disciplinarity towards an integrated super-discipline of International Historical Sociology (IHS). This proposition has been most persistently advanced by advocates of the theory of Uneven and Combined Development (UCD), claiming to constitute a universal, unitary and soci...
