In this paper I will explore those features which individualize the interpretation of social rights. As is well known, there exist a variety of ways of understanding the concept of statutory interpretation, each of which corresponds with a way of conceiving law. I here adopt a predominantly skeptical position, broad in interpretation, and within a basically positivist conception of law.
