Salah satu model penanggulangan bencana adalah model siklikal. Model penanggulangan bencana dikenal sebagai siklus penanggulangan bencana, yang terdiri dari komponen pencegahan, mitigasi / penjinakan, kesiapsiagaan, sistem peringatan dini, tanggap darurat dan pemulihan (baik rehabilitasi maupun rekontruksi) yang perlu dilakukan secara utuh.
Risiko ada dimana mana , bisa datang kapan saja, dan sulit dihindari. Jika risiko itu menimpa suatu organisasi, maka organisasi tersebut bisa mengalami kerugaian yang signifikan. Dalam beberapa situasi, risiko tersebut bisa mengakibatkan kehancuran organisasi tersebut.
Dalam rangka memperoleh keyakinan yang memadai atas pencapaian tujuan organisasi, Kementerian Keuangan telah memiliki salah satu tools yang diperlukan, yaitu Manajemen Risiko. Manajemen risiko di Kementerian Keuangan telah mengalami perkembangan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, hal tersebut dapat kita lihat perkembangan peraturan yang diharapkan dapat lebih bernilai tambah bagi kemajuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, mari sejenak kita 'tengok' kembali kilas balik penerapan manajemen risiko di Kementerian Keuangan sebagai berikut:

Effectiveness of Training Program Based on Handicrafts as small Tasks in Improving Self-determination skills for Gifted Deaf of Art Education Division in Aswan University The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a training program based on handicrafts as small tasks in improving self-determination skills for gifted deaf in the undergraduate stage by knowing the differences in the pre- and post- tests, and the continuity of the training program on the experimental group after completing the application of the post and follow-up tests of the self-determination skills scale. The study sample consisted of 4 gifted deaf students of Art Education Division in Aswan University, with an average age of 21 years, with 2 males and 2 females. The study tools consisted of the following: self-determination skills scale (prepared by the researchers) and the training program (prepared by the researchers) The study showed the effectiveness of the training program in improving the self-determination skills with statistically significant differences on the self-determination skills scale between the mean levels of the experimental group members in the pre- and post- tests to the side of the post-test, the existence of no statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the male and the female groups in the post-test, and the existence of no statistically significant differences on the self-determination skills scale between the mean levels of the experimental group in the post- and follow-up tests. The study concluded with the possibility of improving the self-determination skills for gifted deaf students through the application of a training program based on small tasks. The study recommends offering these programs to the teachers of art education in the field of special needs and their gifted students

The purpose of this paper is to analyze 10 key knowledge areas of project management. The objective is to identify the most frequently mentioned Project Management Knowledge Areas (PMKAs) in relevant project management journals and to analyze their interrelationships. To this end, we searched for articles published in 10 project management journals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection database (WoSCC) from 2007 to 2019. A total of 1,329 articles relating to some of the PMKAs were found. Project Time/Schedule Management, Project Stakeholder Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Communication Management are the most represented and most related PMKAs, while Project Scope Management, Project Procurement Management. Project Quality Management is surprisingly underrepresented and hardly related to other PMKAs. The study's limitation refers to the limited number of journals searched for in the WoSCC database and singled out using the keyword "project". There are certainly other journals that publish articles on project management, and the inclusion of more journals in the analysis could potentially deepen the interpretation of the results. The value of the study lies in deepening the knowledge of project management in general and the representation of some PMKAs in the academic literature in particular, and in highlighting those PMKAs that need more attention in the future.

This book aims to review the foundations of the scientific approach to knowledge generation, the conceptual and methodological basis of scientific research, and the most common research methods, particularly in biology and agriculture. Science is characterized and distinguished as an approach to knowledge of nature by its objects, methods and objectives. Objects are natural phenomena; methods, disciplined cooperative research and a set of objective, systematic, rational and critical procedures that have been generically called the "scientific method"; and objective, the construction of a factual, verifiable and explanatory body of knowledge. The scientific method is the strategy of science to generate knowledge, comprising three sequential phases such as synthesis, analysis and synthesis. Its implementation is carried out by scientific research. Scientific research is employed in the three phases of the scientific method: in the initial phase of synthesis, to identify scientific problems, in the analysis phase, to try to solve these problems, and in the final synthesis phase, to incorporate the new knowledge generated into the existing body of knowledge. Thus, scientific research comprises systemic research, which focuses on global systems, in the initial and final phases, and analytical research, which focuses on subsystems, in the analysis phase. The function of the research method is to organize research procedures to minimize error, save effort, and supply an efficient collection of evidence relevant to the research objectives. The literature presents a wide range of research methods, with different procedures and names that vary according to the area of science. Due to their characteristics, each of these methods is most suitable for one of the three objectives of scientific research: exploratory, descriptive and explanatory, the latter being the objective of the synthesis phases and the first two of the analysis phase.
