According to World Health Organization estimations, 3.7 million deaths were attributable to ambient air pollution annually, that shows pollutants associated with high rate of mortality and morbidity. Thus, present study with aim of quantifying and estimating health impacts attributable to two pollutant of PM2.5 and CO in 8 industrial cities of Iran during 2011 by AirQ model were performed. Methods: At first, required data were taken from Department of Environment in understudy cities. With coding in excel, analysis and calculation of statistical parameters was performed for quantifying, and information imported to AirQ model. Finally, results of total mortality and mortality due to cardiovascular disease were presented in tables and graphs. Results: According to results, with increasing each 10μg/m3 concentration of PM2.5 and 1mg/m3 increasing in CO, risk of mortality increased 1.5% and 0.7% respectively. Materials & Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, 255 people enrolled. All participants were evaluated based on calls or in-person visits to the Mazandaran Welfare Counseling Center in Mazandaran Province, Iran, using the post-traumatic stress disorder checklist (PCL-5) with a cut-off point of 33 to diagnose PTSD. Also, the quality of sleep was measured based on the Pittsburg questionnaire. The P<0.05 was considered significant. Results: The prevalence of PTSD in the high-risk population of welfare referees was 40.4% (CI 95%: 34.4 -46.4). The prevalence of PTSD had a significant relationship with the level of educatio...

Background and purpose: The office of disaster management and emergency medical service is one of the most important subdivisions of the Ministry of health. Analyzing the tasks and functions of this office is critical to its evaluation. This study aimed at analyzing the information needs of this office to develop statistical indicators required. Materials and methods: This qualitative-quantitative study was carried out during 2015. The study population included the managers and expert panels in disaster management and emergency medical service in the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran. We interviewed 14 individuals in different departments within the office and reviewed the administrative tasks and the available documents. After analyzing the data, different information needs of all departments were identified and classified. Results: According to the administrative tasks and practices, 69 groups of information needs were identified of which 17.4% are not met. 45.3% of the information needs did not have any standard sources or forms to collect the data required. Conclusion: Lack of standard sources for the most identified information needs, decentralized information systems, and out-of-date information are the major problems of managers and expert panels. So, designing national standard forms to collect data, designing a comprehensive statistics and information system and reviewing current paper forms and databases seem to be essential.

Herodotus in the fifth century BC, only about a hundred years after the death of Cyrus the Great, reminds us that there were many different stories about the death of the great founder of Achaemenid dynasty. In fact, the number of narrations about the death of Cyrus II of Achaemenid in the time of Herodotus was probably more than the narrations that have survived to this day. The main source for researchers to find out the reality of the death of Cyrus the Great or at least approach it, is the classical texts, among which Herodotus, Ctesias and Xenophon are the primarily sources. In this study, an attempt has been made to examine Herodotus’ Narrative and other historians of antiquity with regard to other historical evidence, including the originality of the tomb of Cyrus the Great in Pasargadae and the relations of the first Achaemenid kings with the Scythians. As shown at the end, Herodotus’ account, despite its reputation over time, is inconsistent with much of the historical evidence, and its validity must be seriously questioned. Xenophon’s narrative, despite some of its Iranian roots is also doubtful. But Ctesias’ account, that is also apparently derived from an Iranian tradition, is consistent with much of the historical evidence.

It is more than 30 years that attending inter-religious meetings and symposiums has been on the agenda of some of the Iran's religious and social institutions. Those who have been and are still active in this area, as well as the different approaches they choose are an important source of analysis in terms of knowledge and experience. This research seeks to understand the knowledge and experience of the activists of the area and their critical interpretation of inter-religious dialogue and to provide a systematic analysis of it by constructing and systematizing its respective themes. Therefore, this research has been conducted with descriptive-analytic approach and qualitative method. For this purpose, along with theoretical findings, we have tried to collect empirical data using semi-structured interview techniques. The sampling method is purposeful and theoretical saturation criterion is an interview with 15 activists in this field. Thematic analysis method is also used for data analysis. Analyzing the findings, it became clear that the critics did not pay close attention to the religious and denominational origins of the subjects and were neutral in their critical analysis of them. Hence, their view to "the other" and the dialogue is "extra-religious" and they acknowledge the views and the ideas of this field in political and cultural terms and analyze them on this framework. In this approach, originality is with "the other" and the theological pluralism viewpoint is governed. Hence, dialogue with another-religious is not considered to be religious, but as an ethical-based subject. Through dialogue, critics do not seek to prove legitimacy, but consider their action as a means of looking at another according to moral standards, acting on ethical imperatives and sharing and generalizing ethics in controversial
