Regarding growth in technology, it is exceptionally rapid such that with each passing day, new advancements and discoveries are continually realized. This is all because of the increase in demand and the curious nature of humans. Over the years, several milestones have been accomplished because of the advancements in technology. In understanding the permanent nature of technology, the paper discusses technology's history and traces its existing state. It explains how missionaries, including the early ones, used technology in their mission work and used the current technology to reach all technology users extensively. A comparative analysis of the literature concludes that social media boosts the sharing of the Good news; the use of e-Learning, projectors, and e-mails are catalysts for mission; and communication and means of transport have been advanced. Though, missionaries are cautioned against addition, plagiarism, and the neglect of the Holy Spirit.

Abstract As Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) have entered homes and more, so Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) research has expanded to examine new motivations for coordination and communications. Recently this has grown to include a focus on religion. But, yet, while the uses of ICTs by practitioners of a variety of faiths have been examined, far less is known about how officials within religious institutions adopt, use and reject ICTs.
The documentation of Christian Mission is being "dislocated" by the internet, smart phones and people with tablets. Today, citizens are the new journalists, including journalists of Christian mission -but where will the records of their impressions be in 100 years? And how will scholars identify them? This paper discusses the implications for the study of mission of the growth in social media, sometimes referred to as "Web 2.0." Documentation has been core to the IAMS DAB/DABOH group from the formation of IAMS. Today digitization the widespread use of mobile phones and tablets is changing ways in which human experience is documented. Many memories of dislocation are being recorded through the raw data of social media and the encouragement of "citizen news-gathers". How to facilitate access and reflect on the religious dimensions of this "amateur" reporting of events and cultural shifts is a question for mission studies.

This study investigates the concept of missionary leadership in the digital age, as well as the associated challenges and adaptation strategies. Utilizing literature and the Bible as primary sources, the study utilizes a qualitative descriptive research design and a library research methodology. The objectives of this study are to explicate the concept of missionary leadership in the digital era and to investigate the problems and solutions associated with its adaptation. In light of technological advancements, the findings emphasize the significance of effective and pertinent missionary leadership. The church is encouraged to improve its technical, management, and communication skills in order to effectively carry out its mission in the digital landscape and meet the changing requirements of the congregation. Although computer-mediated communication has contributed to the missionary enterprise by making the transmission of information easier and more efficient, the negative consequences of technological innovation in communication need to be considered. Technostress is the psychological discomfort people feel when interacting with technology, such as the pressure to respond quickly to emails and text messages, to post regularly on social media, or to master and use a new app. Missionaries are prone to experience technostress and the accompanying detrimental effects on ministry and family. A review of the literature clarifies when missionaries are most likely to experience this phenomenon and what can be done to reduce the negative consequences.

Modern technologies continue to transform the ways people are living and interacting with one another in this contemporary time. The contemporary Gospel minister has to avail himself the opportunities of these modern technologies in his Christian ministries. This paper aims at interrogating the nexus between the contemporary gospel minister and the use of modern technologies. The research design that was employed in this study was descriptive research design. A Gospel minister must be someone who is well grounded in the words of God, who is connected with the Holy Spirit, and who is informed about trends in technologies around him. He has to intentionally and systematically start using modern technologies. Some ways of using modern technologies were highlighted. A note of warning was given to the Gospel minister about some limitations and dangers of modern technologies. It is, therefore concluded that Gospel ministers should increasingly leverage modern technologies to enhance their ministries in the modern age while they should beware of the limitations and dangers that come with modern technologies and prayerfully look for ways to curb these limitations and dangers.
It has been the greatest and fastest development that has ever taken place in the history of mankind. These advances are seen, all the way from one room shops to giant multinational companies (business), from pre-alphabetical classes to classes in genetic engineering and brain mapping (extensive knowledge base), and many other examples are readily apparent. Because of the advances in Information Technology and computing power, all fields of study have experienced this giant leap. And these developments are the result of human effort. An increase in life expectancy has only multiplied these emerging trends. Christians should respond differently from non-Christians towards these developments, in order to build society into a better place in which to live. Our objective is to make better use of these trends, and to avoid misusing them.

Digital evangelism, using technology to spread the message of faith, has become increasingly prevalent today. While some see it as a valuable tool for reaching a wider audience, others view it as a dilution of traditional religious practices. This paper explores the different perspectives on digital evangelism and examines the potential benefits and challenges associated with this practice. Through a review of relevant literature and case studies, this paper highlights how technology has been used for evangelism, the impact of digital evangelism on traditional religious practices, and the ethical considerations surrounding this practice. This paper also discusses digital evangelism's role in the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences on religious communities worldwide. Overall, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the different perspectives on digital evangelism and promote more discussion on the function of technology in the practice of faith.

where we are right now when it comes to technology and theological education. This study will attempt to provide such a description. Description of the Study With the support of a Wabash Center sabbatical research grant we have been able to gather data from 43 seminaries in North America in order to gain an overview of the attitudes that theological educators have towards technology and the various ways in which they are making use of it to form people for ministry. Questions like these were key to our study: Abstract. This essay explores the terrain of technology in theological education and offers a typology for how technology is used in seminary contexts. The author surveys 43 seminaries in North America to gain insight into the attitudes of faculty toward the use of technology in their teaching and for use in the preparation of ministers. Reflections on the typology in the concluding section offer fuel for subsequent work on the topic.
