Our World is changing at an accelerated pace. We are witnessing tumultuous situations and uncertain futures. This is a timely opportunity to depart from inertia and embark on new initiatives, to strive to repair the world. With our new journal: Academia Mental Health and Well-Being, our achievable ambition is to contribute to:The Well-Being of All Beings, whoever and wherever they are. The pursuit of this ideal and turning it into a reality requires us to promote broad dissemination of knowledge, face challenges with an open mind, embrace multilogues and acceptance of diverse ideas, expressions and experiences – even, and especially – if they disagree with our views. We hope to express multiple ideas and opinions with civility and advocate for actions with compassion, understanding and productive non-violence.Our research-communications and endeavors should learn from the past, respect thinkers and healers of all cultures, consider the present and be future-oriented. We should cautiously consider short-term (Y2030) and long-term (Y2050) predictions and promote the adaptation of practice and attitudes. We should encourage initiatives that take risks for innovation. Especially for trainees, it is intriguing to instill an attitude of ‘strive to know what you do not know’ and the ability to adapt to technologies that are not yet fathomable.Together – with our resourceful and dynamic Publisher: Academia.edu – we envision that each published idea and project will be like a pebble thrown into calm water initiating expanding circles of waves, strengthening Academic research and teaching, exploding beyond the ivory towers of academia – to be implemented in operational day-to-day Mental and Physical Health, preventing disorders and impacting treatments when needed, further expanding the circle of operational knowledge to the wider real-world of Well-Being, socio-economic ramifications and Life in all its complex dimensions.

Más allá del pórtico meridional del foro de Segobriga se situó una fila de siete estancias, de planta rectangular y de dimensiones casi idénticas, que arquitectónicamente se identifican con tabernae. Desde el punto de vista constructivo son posteriores a la basílica y la curia puesto que las estructuras de su perímetro se adosan a ellas. Estuvieron en uso hasta época tardía, cuando se construyeron nuevas estructuras habitacionales, que reaprovecharon en parte, los muros de los originales espacios. Este trabajo presenta la arquitectura de las habitaciones situadas en el extremo meridional del foro de Segobriga, la determinación de la fase constructiva y reforma y la identificación de los usos a partir de los datos proporcionados por su excavación

Este artículo, luego de identificar los presupuestos de la cibercriminalidad trasnacional, analiza la regulación europea tanto en el marco de primer pilar (las Comunidades Europeas) como en el marco del tercero (la Cooperación Policial y Judicial en Materia Penal).

The issues of migration and refugees are currently major global challenges. They are also important aspects of the teachings of the Catholic Church, as evidenced by the many recent Church documents. These issues also came up in discussions at the Synod on Synodality convened by Pope Francis. This article attempts to analyze 24 synodal syntheses, created by European episcopates, in terms of their approach to contemporary migration phenomena and further consequences, which allows for the identification of the main themes and indications of both the religious and social aspects of the encounter with newcomers. A common theme of the syntheses analyzed was the conviction of the need to sensitize societies to the specific plight of newcomers, threatening to marginalize them. Accompanying newcomers and caring for their integration with local communities resounded in the syntheses both as a task and also as opportunities for host communities to actualize solidarity, fraternity, and cultural exchange.

abstrak : Salah satu bentuk pelayanan publik yang harus diwujudkan oleh pemerintah daerah adalah penyediaan infrastruktur. Dalam penyediaan infrastruktur ini daerah memiliki opsi pendanaan melalui penerimaan daerah. Namun pendanaan pemerintah daerah masih sangat bergantung kepada Pendapatan Transfer yang berasal dari pemerintah Pusat. Opsi Pembiayaan dana melalui hutang khususnya untuk membiayai infrastruktur telah lama dikenal dinegara maju. Di negara Amerika Serikat, Pemerintah Daerah mengeluarkan obligasi yang dikenal sebagai Municipal Bond untuk membiayai pembangunan daerahnya. Pada karya tulis ini penulis akan menguraikan bagaimana mengembangkan Municipal Bond di Indonesia sebagai opsi pembiayaan pembangunan Infrastruktur di Daerah. Pada landasan teori penulis akan mengulas mengenai kelebihan dan keuntungan penerbitan Municipal Bond bagi penerbit dan investor serta bagaimana suatu negara mengembangkan instrumen Municipal Bond. Pada pembahasan diuraikan bagaimana Municipal Bond di Indonesia serta membandingkan unsur-unsur yang dikembangkan di luar negeri dengan unsur unsur yang terdapat di Indonesia serta apa saja yang mesti dikembangkan lagi. M uch understandable confusion resides around the meaning of the terms benchmark indicators, performance indicators, dashboard indicators, scorecard indicators, and performance metrics. As such, just as it is important for the members of your organization to determine a conceptual framework for outcomes based assessment (e.g., an explanation of why you are engaging in outcomes-based assessment and what you hope to gain from it), as well as developing a common language for engaging in outcomes-based assessment (e.g., define what each term used means), it is important that the terms benchmark indicators, performance indicators, dashboard indicators, scorecard indicators, and performance metrics are also defined. For purposes of this manuscript, we will use benchmark indicators, performance indicators, dashboard indicators, scorecard indicators, and performance metrics interchangeably. Dolence and Norris (1995) defined performance indicators as "measures that are monitored in order to determine the health, effectiveness, & efficiency of an institution" (p. 35). For practical application of what this means, consider the following analogy: I used to drive a red Jeep Wrangler that only had three indicators on the dashboard: (1) the temperature gauge-which was an indicator of how hot or cool the engine was, (2) the speedometer-an indicator of how fast or slow the Jeep was going, and (3) the gas gauge-an indicator of how much fuel was in the tank. These three indicators were broad signals of three areas of Jeep performance. As such, they informed some decisions I could make in order to optimize the performance of the Jeep. For example, if the gas gauge became low, I would determine that the Jeep needed more fuel and I knew how to respond to that. However, I learned through trial and error by recording some data points in a notebook which kind of fuel provided the most optimal performance for my Jeep. I also learned that the Jeep ran out of gas before the indicator actually recorded the fuel as empty. So, the decision I would make was to put more fuel in the gas tank when the indicator reached 1/4 full as opposed to 1/8 full. This was true about my Jeep Wrangler, but I don't know whether it was true for other Jeep Wranglers because I never collected that data. Taking this analogy further, if the temperature gauge indicated the engine was hot, I needed to make a decision to take the Jeep to a mechanic who would lift the hood and conduct diagnostics in order to determine why the Jeep was no longer performing well. BP) settlements at the raised shorelines in Norway and Sweden represent the earliest documented marine foragers in northern Europe. In the Scandinavian seascapes, both traveling and subsistence depended on seaworthy vessels. However, this highly mobile lifestyle was likewise dependent on settlements on firm ground. Departing from actor-network theory and symmetrical archaeology, I explore the structural relations between extensive use of boats, basic co-residing units, and activity patterns at settlements. The empiric basis for my study is the excavated Early Mesolithic coastal sites in the Ormen Lange project in Central Norway, dated to ca. 11,000–10,800 cal. BP. I suggest that the structural uniformity that is observed in the settlements may be related to the dependency on boats for subsistence activities as well as transport and settlements, creating human-thing dynamics that interlocked co-residents and boat crews, logistics, and activity patterns. This dynamic regime is also explored with ethnohistorical and archaeological references to the Yamana in the Beagle Channel, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
