This is an entry in the online 'collana' Explorations in Italian Protestantism - https://sites.google.com/view/italianprotestantism/p-t/tosetto-massimilian. Tosetto was a key figure from the early pentecostal movement in the USA, demonstrating the tie between mobile Italian aesthetic workers, the pre-existence of evangelical Christianity in Italy, and the emergence of a global pentecostal movement among Italians. Converted in Italy before he migrated, he returned to Italy in 1907 and founded one of the earliest pentecostal churches, was a founder of the CCNA, and a key hymnist and church planter in North America.
