Factors Affecting Motivation of UIMS students Irregular classes taken by the staff affects students negatively plus cause bad image of the University. Improper attendance system is causing students to not take regular classes as they are giving some deal to the students which is not good for them. Permanent staff vs Visiting visitors are more likely adjourned to the future of students.they care about the career of the students and try their best to help them ,while permanent staff are not that much focusing on. Disfunction of electric equipments AC fans etc are malfunctioning and cause distress among students in hot summer days. Bad Clerks behavior can be found, they behave like they are some kind of highly ranked officers and are using their authority overly. Environment is not neat and clean ,there is dust and waste everywhere in university premises. Discipline isn't satisfactory . Imformal behavior of the students to their teachers. There should be some limits between a student and a teacher. No mosque and facility of pure drinking water you are paying for the facilities yet no mosque can be seen in UIMS and no system of to get fresh drinking water, tou have to go to other departments or buy mIneral water from shop. Suggestions to be Implemented Regular classes should be taken by the staff. Biometric attendance system will work on good on the attendance level of the students. A warning or some type of pay deficiency will work on the teachers that are not focused on the life of their students and they have to be somewhat responsible for the them. Malfunctioning electric equipments have to be replaced with new or working ones so that students wont be affected by the weather much. There should be someone that keep an eye on the work of the clerks and get them to duty line. Some rules are required with proper system. Teachers should be aware that their friedly behavior is affecting the life of students badly. A mosque and proper place should be build. 1 2
