Pembelajaran matematika tidak hanya ditekankan pada pengetahuan faktual dan keterampilan prosedural, namun dibutuhkan juga pemahaman matematika yang dapat membuat belajar lebih bermakna. Untuk itu, siswa tidak cukup hanya memiliki kemampuan menghitung (proses kognisi), tetapi juga kemampuan lain, seperti memonitor dan mengontrol (aktifitas metakognisi) pada setiap tahapan yang dilakukan. Aktifitas metakognisi ini sering kurang dikembangkan secara baik oleh guru dalam pembelajaran sehingga perkembangan metakognisi siswa berlangsung secara alami. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya guru untuk meningkatkan perkembangan metakognisi siswa dengan cara memilih model pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong kemampuan metakognisi siswa dan mengembangkan instrumen untuk menilai perkembangan metakognisi siswa. Makalah ini akan membahas tentang instrumen untuk menilai perkembangan metakognisi siswa dan hasil penelitian tentang perkembangan metakognisi siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif pada materi kesebangunan di kelas IX SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Long-term diseases are today the leading cause of mortality worldwide and are estimated to be the leading cause of disability by 2020. Person-centered care (PCC) has been shown to advance concordance between care provider and patient on treatment plans, improve health outcomes and increase patient satisfaction. Yet, despite these and other documented benefits, there are a variety of significant challenges to putting PCC into clinical practice. Although care providers today broadly acknowledge PCC to be an important part of care, in our experience we must establish routines that initiate, integrate, and safeguard PCC in daily clinical practice to ensure that PCC is systematically and consistently practiced, i.e. not just when we feel we have time for it. In this paper, we propose a few simple routines to facilitate and safeguard the transition to PCC. We believe that if conscientiously and systematically applied, they will help to make PCC the focus and mainstay of care in long-term illness.

The objective of this investigation is to assess the effect of endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin on the inclination to buy. The fundamental wellspring of information for this examination is essential information gathered from a gathering of female understudies who have bought things on the web. The questionnaire was administered to 200 respondents through purposive sampling. The data was scrutinized using multiple linear regression analyses. The findings reveal that endorsers and promotional activities have a significant effect on purchase intention, whereas nation of origin does not. Furthermore, endorsers, promotional activities, and nation of origin all have a noteworthy impact on purchase intention. Based on the coefficient of determination, 68% of the independent variable contributes to purchase intention, while the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this research.

The specialty coffee industry in Buraydah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, provides an enthralling atmosphere for research, with fierce rivalry and a strong coffee culture. To investigate the social, economic, and cultural aspects of the specialty coffee market in Buraydah, this study takes a multidisciplinary approach, merging ethnography, economics, sociology, marketing, and cultural studies. This extensive study adds to the comprehension of the specialty coffee market in Buraydah, with implications for stakeholders, policymakers, and the local population. It emphasizes the economic, social, and cultural forces that shape the sector, as well as the possibility for longterm success and beneficial influence through sustainable practices.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi polivinil alkohol (PVA) dan lama pengadukan pada proses pemanasan serta interaksinya terhadap karakteristik komposit biotermoplastik maizena-glukomanan serta menentukan konsentrasi polivinil alkohol (PVA) dan lama pengadukan proses pemanasan yang menghasilkan komposit biotermoplastik terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola Faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi polivinil alkohol yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu 3,5%, 4%, 4,5%, dan 5% (b/b). Faktor kedua adalah lama pengadukan pada proses pemanasan yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu 3, 4, 5, dan 6 menit. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuat tarik, perpanjangan saat putus, elastisitas, pengembangan tebal, laju transmisi uap air, biodegradasi, dan gugus fungsi. Purpose – This study aims to conceptualize, rethink and systematize methods used for measurement and evaluation (M&E) corporate communication. Design/methodology/approach – The reflection is based on 462 key English-language books and papers devoted to M&E in the fields of corporate communication and public relations from the 1970th to 2023. Keywords in the titles and abstracts found the necessary materials. A critical analysis of the central concepts, models and methods described in the literature was conducted. As a result, a new model that unifies and structures the M&E toolkit is proposed for discussion. Findings – Despite the significant contribution to developing a wide range of M&E models, they are still not perfect and universal. In addition, this system of approaches is continuously self-evolving and changing under the influence of digital innovations, so it requires steady rethinking and updating. On the other hand, most previous studies focused on communication management processes, losing focus on communication aspects. This led to the need for an alternative view based on proven theories to fill this gap. The proposed model combines quantitative and qualitative M&E methods for the five main components of corporate communication (communicator, audience, content, channels and result), covering a wide range of tools, from statistical and sociological research to big data analysis and neuro research. Originality/value – This work contributes to developing the M&E theory of corporate communication, systematizing existing methods and opening new research perspectives. From a practical point of view, companies can use the presented approach for a more accurate and objective internal evaluation of the main components of corporate communication.
