This article provides a comprehensive survey of the necropolis of El Toro (Alcubillas, Ciudad Real, Spain), as well as a detailed study of burial T5 a/b/c. This is the archaeological context of an Egyptian scarab which can be dated to the early reigns of the 26th Dynasty, dating to the 7th-6th centuries BC. This object is one of the eleven pieces that made up the grave goods of the mentioned tomb, which contained three ceramic urns with the cremated remains of three well-represented individuals. Some conclusions from the anthropological study of this tomb are also presented, as well as a detailed morphological, typological, and chronological analysis of the scarab of a pharaoh by the name of Psamtik. Este es el contexto de un escarabeo egipcio que puede datarse en los primeros reinados de la Dinastía XXVI, fechable en los siglos vii-vi a. C. Se trata de una de las once piezas incorporadas al ajuar de esa tumba, que contiene tres urnas cerámicas con los restos cremados de tres individuos bien representados. Se presentan además algunas conclusiones del estudio antropológico de la tumba, así como un detallado análisis morfológico, tipológico y cronológico del escarabeo de un faraón llamado Psamético. The Critical Path Method (CPM) is a widely used tool throughout the construction industry. Since its creation, the use and application of the Critical Path Method has grown tremendously. Up to date, three studies have been performed on how Engineering News Record's (ENR) Top 400 Contractor use CPM. The first study was performed by Edward Davis in 1974 and the second was performed by Amir Tavakoli and Roger Riachi in 1990. This paper is a summary of the third survey, which took place in 2003. Wax anatomy developed from Renaissance art to ind, for the long practice of the workshop, a new ield of artistic expression within the medical education. This material was highly valued for its utility of moving to the inanimate artifact all the dead body ́s mor-phological details. This article analyzes the conservation and restoration problems of anatomical wax models in medical collections. It ́s ofered a literature orderly review about this type of methods on ceroplastic, giving a special attention of two of the most complex phases: the accession of fragments and cleaning systems. The proposed treatment is in connection with the restoration of some pieces in the collection “Javier Puerta”, Anatomy Museum of the Medicine Faculty, Complutense University, on his loan to be exposed on a temporary exhibition.
