The statutory trustee requests the following relief: I. RELIEF REQUESTED Defendant Michelle Ghidotti respectfully requests this Court deny Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment on the grounds that (a) it is a thinly disguised attempt to reargue their earlier failed motion for a TRO, and (b) even if this Court treats the motion as one seeking a permanent injunction of any trustee’s sale by way of a final judgment, Plaintiffs come nowhere near meeting their burden of demonstrating there are no questions of material fact remaining. Further, by way of this document, Defendant respectfully requests this Court dismiss the Plaintiffs’ Complaint on the grounds of claim preclusion and judicial estoppel. Both the Opposition and the subjoined Cross-Motion to Dismiss rely on the same set of operative facts and the same evidence presented. For efficiency, the foregoing facts and evidence will be stated and identified once but referenced throughout both the Opposition and Cross-Motion to Dismiss.
Family Π in John 7 39, 2022
A brief study of the treatment of the text of John 7:39 in modern translations and in ancient manuscripts and transmission-lines. The transmission-line in Family Π seems to have preserved the original text better than all other transmission-lines.
It was by the spiritual fusion of metaphysics and morality, by the projection beyond ourselves-who are wicked and corrupt-of an absolute which makes it our duty to repent having been born, that monotheism without compromise was formulated for the first time in the doctrine of the Hebrew prophets. God was outside of the world henceforward, man could no longer attain Him save beyond the confines of his own life. This unity of the divine, which was asserted by the theologians, implanted in our nature that terrible dualism which was doubtless an indispensable trial for all of us, and which still remains so. It was this dualism that caused us to wander for long centuries in search of ourselves. It kept alive for a thousand years, in the depths of our minds, the painful conflict between the solicitations of the senses and the haunting idea of salvation. But it is perhaps, thanks to this dualism again, that we know that our strength lies in the harmony, which we seek in suffering and realize in joy, between our animality-which is sacred -and our reason-which is sacred.

The Internet has affected information flow in copyrighted content in a profound manner. Authors and artists are enabled through the Internet to assert greater control over the flow of information in their works as these new technologies offer new and different distribution channels for content. These new technologies also allow consumers to use content in ways, which had not been anticipated by the copyright industries. This paper presents that copyright law was developed for a specific purpose, which was to encourage learning and growth. As new technologies emerge and as content industries experience changes in information flow in copyrighted works, copyright law had been used to maintain control over existing information flows. The law has a pivotal role to play as the industries assert greater control over the flow of information in content. The role of copyright law in this instance is not to maintain the existing status quo as the industries undergo changes and loss of control over information flow in copyrighted works. Rather, the law serves a more fundamental purpose of balancing information flow between private and public interests. As the law was designed to encourage authors and artists to produce creative works for the public purposes of education, socioeconomic and cultural growth, copyright law in the global information society plays an even more important role in ensuring that society has access to information in copyrighted works. 1 Analog platforms ""fix" works of authorship through some human or mechanical process of deforming a physical object (such as stone, paper, vinyl, film) in a manner that conveys an image (a letter, number, or graphic image) or signal varying in audio frequency (sound) or light or color intensity (film). The term "analog" is used to signify that the medium uses an "analogy" to represent the phenomenon."

At harvest, potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers are in a dormant state and do not have the ability to sprout. After harvesting, tuber dormancy is released progressively. This release is accompanied by numerous physiological and biochemical changes, such as carbohydrate hydrolysis and the accumulation of saccharides, which are detrimental to the nutritional and processing qualities of potatoes. Endogenous hormones are thought to play a significant role in the regulation of tuber dormancy and in the onset of sprouting. This review aims to describe the involvement of all major classes of endogenous hormones in tuber dormancy, as well as the physiological and biochemical changes during these steps. Based on current scientific evidence, both abscisic acid (ABA) and ethylene are required for the induction of dormancy, however, only ABA plays a role in maintaining bud dormancy. Moreover, an increase in cytokinin sensitivity and content appear to be the principal factor leading to the release of dormancy. Changes in endogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and gibberellin (GA) content appear to be more closely related to the regulation of subsequent sprout growth. Physiological and biochemical changes during tuber dormancy and the termination of dormancy centre on carbohydrate levels and the activity of enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism. In particular, starch breakdown, accompanied by an increase in the concentration of sucrose and reducing sugars, appears to play an important role in the onset of sprouting of tuber buds. Many of these changes are initially observed in tissues in the region of the buds, but subsequent growth of the sprout significantly affects the metabolism of tissues in other regions of the tuber. The application of dormancy-breaking chemicals, such as bromoethane, or phytohormones (GA 3), to potato tubers induces metabolic changes that lead to dormancy breakage. These changes differ between treatments and also from those occurring when dormancy is broken naturally.
