The shift of the Zimbabwean curriculum from a content-based to a competence-based curriculum has brought up some challenges in its implementation. Components within the new curriculum such as Continuous Assessment Learning Activities (CALA) and the introduction of new learning areas such as Science and Technology, and Information Communication Technology have caused disruptions in the implementation of the Competence Based Curriculum. The purpose of the study was to explore the challenges faced in the implementation of the competence-based curriculum in Chitungwiza district primary schools. The study used a qualitative case study of a primary school in Chitungwiza district in the Harare metropolitan province. Purposive sampling was utilised to select 23 research respondents, including 14 teachers, 6 parents, and 3 administrators. The study was guided by the constructivist perspective. The theory fosters the learners’ competencies such as problem-solving, critical thinking and creativity hence it matches the goals of this study. The case study design was exploited. The questionnaire, interview guide and focus group discussion were used to collect data. Qualitative data were analysed using the thematic data analysis methodology. The study exposed that the successful implementation of the competence-based curriculum (CBC) was hindered by a lack of both material and human resources. Overcrowded classes resulted from a lack of infrastructure such as classrooms in schools which resulted in hot seating in large classes in a single classroom. Low teacher morale was cited as a recurrent barrier to effective curriculum implementation. It was established that most teachers lacked the basal CBC implementation skills, competencies, and knowledge, as most of them were trained well before introducing the new curriculum. Overarching recommendations were that proper planning should be done before the implementation of any transformative curriculum programme. The demands of the CBC were difficult to fulfil without proper planning and the involvement of all key stakeholders. The school, community and the government all need to work together to ensure the successful implementation of the CBC. Henceforth, the central government and its partners should avail the requisite financial, material, infrastructural and human resources before the envisaged curriculum implementation. Teachers, on the one hand, should be positively incentivised as paramount CBC actors. Their seamless morale boost should never be overemphasised if desired curricula goals are to be achieved. This exegesis of Jaspers' Existenz-philosophy (Existenzphilosophie) focuses on philosophieren (transcendencethinking) and communication as a "loving struggle" in the existential search for authentic self-hood or "self-Being." The analysis is divided into four sections: First, it considers the difficulties scholars encounter when attempting to elucidate Jaspers' dense philosophical ideas in a way that resists ambiguity; here we consider philosophical style and content as related to Jasper's metaphysics and the subsequent communication thereof. Second, it analyzes Jaspers' metaphysics-periechontology as against traditional ontology-and details his view of the human being, the world, and the Encompassing, a difficult notion that Jaspers' equates with Being itself. Third, it focuses on elucidating Jaspers' understanding of the practice of philosophy as "existential communication," as it facilitates enlightenment in moments of truth's revelation, moments when Dasein, in pursuit of self-Being, simultaneously instantiates its subjective Existenz and worldly Transcendence. In this section, the crucial notion of self-responsibility as related to becoming a self in Jaspers is considered. As argued, self-Being becomes a possibility in a moment of existential enlightenment, when confronting boundary situations, when expressing our dissatisfaction with everyday existence and responding authentically to the reticent call Being expressed through the manifestation of various ciphers. The essay concludes with thoughts on the way the loving struggle that is existential communication unfolds as an intimate dialogue with others in terms of open communication. In this section the ever-present danger of dogmatism is considered. For when there is a rejection of the philosophical pursuit of existential truth, the potential for authentic communication is foreclosed. In the extreme, the dogmatic mindset, when universalized, holds the devastating potential for giving rise and justification to totalitarian political regimes and authoritarian religious movements. In resisting the pull of the dogmatic tendency, Jaspers stresses skepticism, open-mindedness, tolerance, honesty, justice, along with the necessity of demonstrating the unwavering determination required when undertaking and committing to authentic existential communication or philosophical dialogue with others.

CSR gain local community development. However, its practice is contradictive, partially not only beneficial but also it does not bring significant benefits. CSR planning as an integration tool for the interest between corporate and local community is the main driving factor for its effectivity implementation. The article presents a communicative approach in CSR planning by combining both the concept of CSR and transactive planning. The general view that Corporate dominating CSR planning is the main criticism which causes its policy has not a significant impact.
