It has been observed that though the Indian government has made efforts to set up a vast network of healthcare centers in deep interior regions of rural areas, their importance is declining due to neglect of service quality (Bhandari, 2006). The pros and cons of this can be debated but something is always better than nothing for the India's population which is predominantly rural and distributed across distant geographical locations.

As there is always a missing part in every lesson, teachers have to perpetually look for new ideas to make lessons lively and more useful, especially now that students have become less interested and more demanding. Lessons should never be given to fit tests and exams although this is regretfully the case. Lessons should trigger curiosity, stimulate the brain and sharpen the thinking skills, instead. Well, as usual, what we do seems like it is never good enough.

The purpose of this work is the study of foreign trade and financial institutions, aimed at the creation of a tool of consulting for the brazilian legal operator. The broad subject was delimited, addressing: historical evolution and the current situation of financial institutions and international trade; systems and organizations relevant to financial institutions and international trade; as well as the main relationships between them, subdivided into exchange payment modalities, bank guarantees, financing and credit insurance.

In 2009, a metal-detector find of a rare garnet-inlaid composite disc brooch at West Hanney, Oxfordshire, led to the excavation of an apparently isolated female burial sited in a prominent position overlooking the Ock valley. The burial dates to the middle decades of the seventh century, a period of rapid socio-political development in the region, which formed the early heartland of the Anglo-Saxon kingdom of Wessex. The de luxe brooch links the wearer to two other burials furnished with very similar brooches at Milton, some 10km to the east and only c 1km from the Anglo-Saxon great hall complex at Sutton Courtenay / Drayton, just south of Abingdon. All three women must have been members of the region’s politically dominant group, known as the Gewisse. The burial’s grave goods and setting add a new dimension to our understanding of the richly furnished female burials that are such a prominent feature of the funerary record of seventh-century England.

Creatio ex nihilo is the dominant creation theory in the Christian tradition. Relational theologian Thomas Jay Oord proposes an alternative creation theory, in which God everlastingly creates from what he previously created. Key reasons why Oord argues creatio ex nihilo should be rejected are that it has Gnostic roots, is not explicitly taught in Scripture, and is illogical. This article critically assesses Oord's arguments against creatio ex nihilo, contending that his conclusions are misguided due to a Biblicist tendency in his reading of the text and the inaccurate definition of creatio ex nihilo he argues against. With the biblical and historical data, a definition of creatio ex nihilo representative of the Christian tradition is articulated. This essay then demonstrates how creatio ex nihilo is superior to Oord's alternative theory.
