Kurulun 18 Eylül 2019 tarihinde yayınlamış olduğu kararında, işlenen kişisel verilerin kanuni olmayan yollarla başkaları tarafından elde edilmesi hâlinde veri ilgilisine ve Kurula yapılacak bildirimde olması gereken asgari unsurlar konu edilmiştir. Kararda veri ihlali bildiriminin önemi üzerinde durulmuş, KVKK’nın mevcut düzenlemesine yer verilerek bildirimde bulunacak asgari unsurlar belirtilmiştir. Kişisel verilerin ihlali bildiriminin önemi ve kararda açıklanan bu bildirimin sağlaması gereken asgari unsurların incelenmesi amacıyla, öncelikle KVKK ve sonrasında GDPR düzenlemeleri üzerinde durarak, konuyu açıklamaya çalışacağım. Kurulun 2019/271 ve 2019/10 sayılı söz konusu kararlarını bu bilgiler ışığında değerlendireceğim.

The Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) is designed as a clinical rating scale for the trained clinician to rate items indicative of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) after direct observation of the child. The CARS-2 is preferred over the older, original CARS. The form is used with individuals of all ages and in both clinical and research settings. Mild-to-Moderate Symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (30–36.5; 28–34.5 for ages 13+) ‫ٌٍخٛحذ‬ ‫شذ٠ذة‬ ‫أػشاض‬ Severe Symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder (37 and higher; 35 and higher for ages 13+) DIRECTIONS: After rating the 15 items, transfer the ratings from the inside pages to the corresponding spaces below. Sum the ratings to obtain the Total raw score, and indicate the corresponding Severity Group. Circle the Total raw score value in the table in the column labeled All ages and in the column that corresponds to the age of the person who has been rated. The number printed to the left of each value you have circled is the T-score.

This Community Services Activity is being carried out in South Lampung District Jatiagung with a lecture and discussion / FAQ. Meanwhile evaluation design used was a quantitative evaluation through pre test and post test. This essay explores the transformative period of the Ottoman Empire's decline and the emergence of modern Turkey, examining the profound impacts on ethnic minorities, particularly Armenians and Greeks. It addresses three pivotal questions: Did the Ottoman Empire intentionally attempt to erase its ethnically diverse identity? What role did the Greek and Armenian communities play in the disintegration of the Empire? And, were the tragic fates of these communities during and after the Empire's collapse cases of genocide? Through a detailed historical analysis, the paper affirms that the Empire sought to homogenize its identity by marginalizing and erasing minority cultures. It also suggests that while the minorities did influence the Empire's trajectory, the lack of democratic reforms akin to those in contemporary Western societies contributed significantly to the Empire's downfall. Furthermore, the treatment of these minorities meets the modern criteria for genocide, highlighting a need for stronger legal and social frameworks to prevent such atrocities in the future. This study draws on a range of historical accounts and scholarly interpretations, arguing that the legacies of these events continue to necessitate vigilance and proactive governance in today's global context.

Other trends and technologies like Cloud computing, AI, and others are also covered to understand the future of SAP migrations.
