This paper describes a set of methods for randomly drawing traces in large models either uniformly among all traces, or with a coverage criterion as target. Classical random walk methods have some drawbacks. In case of irregular topology of the underlying graph, uniform choice of the next state is far from being optimal from a coverage point of view. Moreover, for the same reason, it is generally not practicable to get an estimation of the coverage obtained after one or several random walks: it would require some complex global analysis of the model topology. We present here some methods that give up the uniform choice of the next state. These methods bias this choice according to the number of traces, or states, or transitions, reachable via each successor.

This article reviews the mechanical bidomain model, a mathematical description of how the extracellular matrix and intracellular cytoskeleton of cardiac tissue are coupled by integrin membrane proteins. The fundamental hypothesis is that the difference between the intracellular and extracellular displacements drives mechanotransduction. A one-dimensional example illustrates the model, which is then extended to two or three dimensions. In a few cases, the bidomain equations can be solved analytically, demonstrating how tissue motion can be divided into two parts: monodomain displacements that are the same in both spaces and therefore do not contribute to mechanotransduction, and bidomain displacements that cause mechanotransduction. The model contains a length constant that depends on the intracellular and extracellular shear moduli and the integrin spring constant. Bidomain effects often occur within a few length constants of the tissue edge. Unequal anisotropy ratios in the intra- and extracellular spaces can modulate mechanotransduction. Insight into model predictions is supplied by simple analytical examples, such as the shearing of a slab of cardiac tissue or the contraction of a tissue sheet. Computational methods for solving the model equations are described, and precursors to the model are reviewed. Potential applications are discussed, such as predicting growth and remodeling in the diseased heart, analyzing stretch-induced arrhythmias, modeling shear forces in a vessel caused by blood flow, examining the role of mechanical forces in engineered sheets of tissue, studying differentiation in colonies of stem cells, and characterizing the response to localized forces applied to nanoparticles.
The paper is explaining the international tax theory and policy with Nigeria's perspective. The positive achievements the country stand to gain applying the OECD agreements. It display the current tax laws, their weakness, and the result of the application of new reforms under the OECD. Observations and recommendations are also included..
Since the New World Monetary Order, as designed and promoted at Bretton Woods, several policies were considered. As proposed by Hansen, Harrod, and post Keynesian, after the 60 years and after the Bretton Woods final collapse, a new monetary framework has been overlapping gradually most of the world financial transactions. Separately from the single global financial markets, without previous patterns and insight experiences, the new global landscape is posing new deep challenges in the present monetary stalemate. The removal of the gold benchmark on the first day of WWI (First World War)―The serious Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act 1999 repudiated the Glass-Steagall Act. The removal caused the colossal crisis as the time deposits and unlimited monetary base expansions produced effects never seen in modern history―A colossal surge of the financial instrument market indexes and financial bubble blowing erupted.

Digital finger printing is an important technology for fighting organized crime and identification of features possessed by individual for authentication in the society especially in Nigeria. There are lot of cutting edge technologies and application areas that have been developed since its invention, ranging from airport security, smart home security, mobile phones authentications and electronic commerce (E-commerce). However, understanding digital fingerprinting is quite difficult even though it is an important security mechanism. Furthermore, there are still kinds of mystery surrounding this technology especially in the third world countries like Nigeria. This paper provide explicit explanation of the finger printing technology, applications and processes involve in identifying specific features in individuals. Furthermore, it enables broad understanding in order to enhance adoption of the system to combat organized digital crime in the ever changing technology world.
the main scope of the present study are to delineate the subsurface structure feature of the area east Qena provenance based on the interpretation of aeromagnetic data. The total intensity magnetic map was reduced to the north magnetic pole. The reduced to the pole magnetic data was subjected to several interpretation techniques including, analytical signal, horizontal gradient magnitude and Euler deconvolution. The interpreted fault and/or contact systems are statically analyzed and plotted in the structural lineament map. This map showed that the area affected by two sets of trends. The first one (NW-SE) is related to the Red Sea tectonic trend direction, while the second trend (NNE-SSW to NE –SW) is confined to Gulf of Aqaba trend. The depth of these faults varies between 500 m and 2000 m below the surface as calculated from the Euler deconvoluation method.

A review of the academic and practitioner literature on customer relationship management indicates a general consensus that quality, value, and satisfaction are critical variables in explaining customer loyalty in services, yet, although much is known about the relationship between the aforementioned variables and customer loyalty, they don"t fully explain how customer loyalty is built? This paper argues that one critical variable has been excluded from consideration that impacts on customer loyality, explicitly customer experiences. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to rectify this significant gap in the literature and present relatively new perspective of customer loyality that recognises that the customer has to interact with the components of a service in order for the service to become "real" (Echeverri 2005) and that the successful management of customer experiences leads to a differentiated competitive advantage (Smith and Wheeler 2002). This paper proposes a preliminary conceptual model for building customer loyalty, one which incorporates the critical variable customer experiences and presents a number of propositions. This new approach has moved away from the typical loyalty building models and now incorporates all four critical variables, experiences, quality, value and satisfaction. These are significant variables in determining customer loyalty and to the best of our knowledge have not been collectively examined before. Due to the scarcity of research and interest in this area, it is perceived that this study will not only contribute substantially to academic knowledge in this area but will also make a significant contribution to tourism practiceinforming practitioners on the criticality of the customer experience in building customer loyalty.
