Sustainable development, in this context, is related to rapid economic development, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, and increase in social trust. Previous studies emphasized the significance of research in a sustainable mechanism, and its limitations in sustainable leadership and sustainable performance. This study aimed to enlighten managers and policymakers on a range of available opportunities such as poverty alleviation, sustainable education, and community development. Based on an integrated literature review on sustainability in the context of innovation and underlying theories, a conceptual framework on the exploration of sustainable leadership contribution to sustainable performance in the emerging market was outlined. Regarding upper-echelon theory, it was claimed that sustainable leadership affected sustainable performance through frugal innovation. In addition to the effectuation theory, this study claimed a stronger influence of sustainable leadership on frugal innovation, with high entrepreneurial bricolage. As such, the present research has provided four propositions pending further validation. The propositions have also called for validation for future studies through empirical evidence, specifically in the emerging market. In summary, the theoretical and practical contributions to the impact of sustainable leadership on sustainable performance through frugal innovation have been duly elaborated.

Sustainable leadership is a new domain of effective leadership, which has been established recently to cope with issues related to sustainable development. On the subject of natural resource-based view (NRBV) and dynamic capability theory, this study examined methods of embedding sustainable leadership into sustainable performance and investigated the mediating effect of organizational learning to sustainable leadership and sustainable performance. The data in this study were collected from a total of 369 small and medium-sized enterprises in Pakistan using a purposive sampling technique. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The results revealed (a) a significant positive effect of sustainable leadership on organizational learning; (b) organizational learning significantly influences sustainable performance; (c) organizational learning partially mediates the relationship between sustainable leadership and sustainable performance. The present study offered an in-depth theory of NRBV, dynamic capability, and sustainable development. Effective management advices are proposed for organizations encountering sustainable development challenges. Extent literature has recommended exploring the mechanism and conditional boundaries for the significant effect of sustainable leadership on sustainable performance. Therefore, this study would investigate the mediating mechanism of organizational learning and the psychological empowerment as conditional factor on the sustainable leadership-sustainable performance relationship. The cluster-sampling approach was employed to collect data from 369 small medium enterprises in selected ASEAN countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei Darussalam. The response rate is 41%. Structural equation modeling (variance-based) analysis was performed to empirically confirm the proposed hypotheses. By running PROCESS Macro in SPSS, the moderated-mediation analysis was conducted in this study. The research outcomes revealed that higher level of psychological empowerment will result in a higher indirect effect of sustainable leadership on sustainable performance through organizational learning. Based on the present empirical evidences, implications and future research directions have also been added at the end of study. To date, this study has preliminary investigated the interplay of sustainable leadership, organizational learning, empowerment, and sustainable performance.

For analyzing the gathered information, both qualitative and quantitative techniques have been used. Analysis has been performed with the use of thematic perception for exploring the role of mobile marketing communication on social media networks and how it contributes to customers' experience. Empirical evidences claim that companies which are using social networking sites can easily attract many customers in order to increase the sales and profit. People are more aware of products and they like online purchasing because of various reasons, such as lack of time and the ability of comparing different products. In modern era, people are focused on the mobile phone as they spend most of time on it, and this especially applies to young people. Therefore, companies should take advantage this known fact and increase the visibility of their brands. Moreover, most of the customers who state that the availability of social media on their mobile phone has made customers more informed about brands when they make purchasing decisions. It shows that social media on mobile phones makes the purchasing process easier than ever before for the customers in helping them to make a purchasing decision of products and services.

Employee turnover adversely affects the stability of the workforce and carries the cost of having to hire and train new personnel. Employee retention is, therefore, a priority for senior management. This study explores the mediating impact of employee fit in terms of organizational job embeddedness on the relationship between job characteristics and employees' intention to quit. Based on a sample of 375 employees working in a private commercial bank in Pakistan, we find that job identity, job significance and task variety have a significant negative effect on intention to quit. Job variety has the greatest impact on turnover intention. Organizational job embeddedness fit mediates the relationship between two of three job characteristics – job identity and significance – and turnover intention, but not the latter's relationship with perceived task variety. Thus, organizational job embeddedness fit mediates the relationship between overall job characteristics and turnover intention.

Today, there is extreme enthusiasm among practitioners and academic researchers for green management. The fundamental factor of such enthusiasm is that people expect managers to utilize resources wisely and responsibly and make minimum use of air, water, minerals and other materials in the final product. Green management has certain significance on the normative or moral scale. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to collect data. The G* (where* represents general stand-alone nature of this application in statistical tests across social and behavioral research) power programme suggested a minimum of 43 observations assuming a significance level of 5 per cent, the effect size of 0.15 and a statistical power of 80 per cent with five A convenience purposive sampling technique was employed. The reliability of instrument was checked through values of Cronbach's Alpha. The normality of data was checked through the Shapiro-Wilk test. The normality plot was used to find the outlier in collected data. Andrew Hayes's methodology was employed to investigate the moderating role in the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) (Hayes, 2012, PROCESS: A versatile computational tool for observed variable mediation, moderation, and conditional process modeling, Lawrence, KS: University of Kansas). This study confirms the significant moderating role of green human resource management (GHRM) over the scale of the employees' green behaviours (EGBs) and environmental sustainability. Going forward, researchers recommend more research like this, illuminating the role of GHRM activities in enhancing and perhaps even driving environmental management initiatives.

There is lacking empirical evidence about infollution management. Perceived infollution has been explored based on information quality. This study aims to identify the factors of perceived infollution (information pollution) and validate those factors using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Researchers have personally collected data from employees of the banking sector. Factor analysis was performed to explore the factors using Statistical Package for the Social Science, and CFA was conducted to check the reliability, validity, and the model fitness in SmartPLS. The scale developed in this study has exhibited high values of reliability and validity and ensured the presence of both discriminant validity and convergent validity. The newly developed scale of perceived infollution provides a basis for most of the academicians and researchers to empirically investigate the relationship of perceived infollution with individual's performance and organizational effectiveness, which is considered an important area of interest among the academic researchers in recent years. Extent literature review suggests that it is the first study conducted to develop measurement scale of perceived infollution (information pollution).
