Moreover, it is crucial to design personalized feedback based on students’ original writings in helping to improve their writing abilities. Therefore, we developed Smart RoamLingo app to help writing meaningful content in authentic contexts with sample sentences based on texts generated by recognition technologies named as AI-Sample Sentences (AI-SS) and writing qualities with revision suggestions based on personal original writings named as AI-Writing Feedback (AI-WF). 104 undergraduate students were assigned into an experimental group (EG) and two control groups. EG significantly outperformed the other groups in the post-test. In EG, AI-SS can help the contextualization to produce comprehensive content actively while AI-WF can help the personalization to improve the writing quality through several revisi...

To resolve the user's problem and fill their needs, should be done in the effective way. There are many measuring instruments to examine the usability aspect in a system, but not many of them are effective and efficient. To measure usability perception in effective and efficient way John Brooke invent System Usability Scale (SUS) in 1986. The SUS was used to measure the usability aspect of electronic office systems at that time, but it's now applied on a more variety way, such on website or technology-based applications to measure how easy or difficult they are to use in order to improve the system. In this research, System Usability Scale was used to measure the usability aspect on a synchronous argumentation system. The participants were forty-two tenth grade students of Chi-Ying Senior High School in Taiwan. The result shows the score is (78.45) which means it is in "excellent" rank from six of the SUS grading key. Based on the result, the system's usability is high and qualified to use. This paper also proposed how to improve the system based on the SUS result.

Learning Management System (LMS) is well designed and operated by an exceptional teaching team, b... more Learning Management System (LMS) is well designed and operated by an exceptional teaching team, but LMS does not consider the needs and characteristics of each student's learning style. The LMS has not yet provided a feature to detect student diversity, but LMS has a track record of student learning activities known as log files. This study proposes a detection model of student's learning styles by utilizing information on log file data consisting of four processes. The first process is pre-processing to get 29 features that are used as the input in the clustering process. The second process is clustering using a modified K-Means algorithm to get a label from each test data set before the classification process is carried out. The third process is detecting learning styles from each data set using the Naive Bayesian classification algorithm, and finally, the analysis of the performance of the proposed model. The test results using the validity value of the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) matrix indicate that the modified K-Means algorithm achieved 2.54 DBI, higher than that of original K-Means with 2.39 DBI. Besides having high validity, it also makes the algorithm more stable than the original K-Means algorithm because the labels of each dataset do not change. The improved performance of the clustering algorithm also increases the values of precision, recall, and accuracy of the automatic learning style detection model proposed in this study. The average precision value rises from 65.42% to 71.09%, the value of recall increases from 72.09% to 80.23%, and the value of accuracy increases from 67.06% to 71.60%.

This present study seeks to investigate the effect of video-based reflection to the novice teacher conception of teaching belief and the nature of the novice teacher comments on i-Critical reflection on teaching system (iCRT) for improving their instructional practice. Particularly, this research employed qualitative method with a case study approach. By using purposive sampling, there are fifty-third years of chemistry education students who have registered for microteaching course were selected. A mixed-type data analysis approach used in this present study, the data collected is quantitative and qualitative data. The main findings indicated that novice teachers positively changed their conception of teaching belief. The results of data analysis were six major themes related to the nature of comments provided by novice teachers through the iCRT system; classroom management, teacher feedback, teacher Student Interaction, teaching assignment, teaching design, teaching skill.

The objects of this research are sixty pre-service teachers in Manado State University, Faculty of engineering, department education of information communication and technology who are in the third year of the teacher education program which divided in two groups, videobased (VB) reflection (experiment group) and paper-based (PB) reflection (control group) with 30 participants in each group. Quasi-experiment method was used in this study. Totally, 60 preservice teacher. The VB-Reflection group was used iCRT reflection system and paper-based reflection used by PB-Reflection group. The result show that, there were significant differences between these two group in terms of how they doing the reflection (Self-Reflection, Peer-Reflection and Meta-Reflection) from round one to round three using meaningful learning with ICT framework. This finding indicated that pre-service teacher in video-based reflection group contribute more reflection than pre-service teacher in paper-based reflection. In addition, the analysis result of pre-service teacher teaching practice performance from self-reflection during round 1, round 2 and round 3, there were extremely positive changes showed in VB-Reflection group as well as those in paper-based reflection group with small changes. It also noticed that peer responses helped to encourage the growing awareness of teacher to change themselves in classroom teaching to be better. Therefore, it strongly recommends that the iCRT system use in teacher education program especially in micro teaching course to enhance the quantity and quality of reflection in order to produce qualified prospective teachers who are ready to face the real situation of teaching.

Apart from that, the development of mobile and virtual technology is increasingly growing in the educational environment. This research explores the effectiveness of this approach in building constructivist thinking in learning electrical installation practices. The method used in this research is the 4D Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate model. The research instruments include an expert review validity questionnaire and an evaluation instrument for students' perceptions of the effectiveness of the Mobile Virtual Laboratory Based on Project-Based Learning in building constructivism. The research results show that the Mobile Virtual Laboratory is valid based on expert assessment, in addition there has been a significant increase in students' understanding of concepts and practical skills, with a high level of satisfaction with the use of the Mobile Virtual Laboratory. So, it can be concluded that the Mobile Virtual Laboratory based on Project-Based Learning can be an effective tool to support constructivist learning in electrical measurement practice. The results of this research open opportunities for further research on how Artificial Intelligence can build constructive thinking.

Ho... more Web-based Mobile Learning can enhance the learning experience in various educational contexts. However, in operating system courses, practical challenges arise when implementing a web-based mobile learning platform, which impacts the effectiveness and accessibility of learning materials for students. To overcome these challenges, this research and development (R&D) aims to improve the practicality of web-based mobile learning in operating system courses. The research adopts a systematic 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model to identify and explore strategies to optimize the practicality of the platform. Data collected from lecturers and students showed a high average value of practicality, 88.33% and 88.35%, respectively. This research contributes to improving the practical aspects of web-based mobile learning, thereby enhancing students' learning experience and outcomes in the context of operating system courses.

E-learning able to meet a variety of learning needs tailored to each level of education. E-learning makes it easy for a teacher to give lessons to students without being bound by space and time anymore. Students can receive subject matter anywhere and anytime while at home, at school, and at work. Students can take advantage of discussion forums to discuss remotely through the use of collaborative learning tools available in e-learning. The goal to be achieved is to know the e-learning model for vocational education, namely vocational high school (SMK). In particular, this paper reviews the technical literature on the concept of e-learning, e-learning models, and the development of e-learning models in the context of TVE. Regarding e-learning studies, journal articles, opinion papers, conceptual papers, etc. are analyzed for content related to the e-learning model on TVE. It was concluded that the u...
