Berbagi pengetahuan sebagai bagian dari sumber pengetahuan, terutama pengetahuan diam-diam, adala... more Berbagi pengetahuan sebagai bagian dari sumber pengetahuan, terutama pengetahuan diam-diam, adalah bentuk pengetahuan yang paling transparan dan subyektif, pendorong penting untuk mempertahankan posisi kompetitif dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Keengganan untuk berbagi pengetahuan dipandang sebagai tidak etis, yang dapat menghambat kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi. Pengetahuan ini menyediakan sumber daya manusia dengan kemampuan bertahan hidup yang berkualitas, unggul, dan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji anteseden dan mediator berbagi pengetahuan Tacit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 393 UMKM di Provinsi Bali. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan rumus Solvin dan simple random sampling untuk mendapatkan 389 sampel. Responden adalah manajemen, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner skala Likert 1-5. Analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dan diproses dengan software SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan diam-diam berpengaruh pada interpersonal dan kepercayaan pada rekan kerja, dengan variabel mediator dipercaya pada rekan kerja. Penelitian ini menyiratkan komunikasi menciptakan efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan mendorong niat untuk bekerja sama dan berbagi pengetahuan secara diam-diam.

Human resource management carried out by the organization can affect whether or not the goals of the organization are achieved, therefore companies must pay attention to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Japan Travel Agency. This study uses the method. Determination of the sample is done by sampling saturated, that is by taking the entire population of 30 respondents. Data was collected using the interview method and through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction is a variable mediating the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment.

The forward and backward movements of a "Cooperative" can be affected from the level "Role of Stress" for employees and "Leader-Member Exchange" within an organisation. Employees are categorised as important assets within the "Cooperatives" in which needs to be managed well to ensure reductions of costs that emerge due to factors of finding new employees. From this it is needed to understand the factors involved that can effect the occurance of "Turnover Intention". This research is undertaken to determine the role of "Leader-Member Exchange", in regards to the mediation of the "Role of Stress" towards the "Turnover Interntion" of employees. This research is undertaken through using 75 (seventy five) Cooperatives in the Regency of Tabanan. The data gathering is undertaken through the spreading of quesionaires that uses a 5 points Likert scale to measure 12 (tweleve) questions. The analysis technique that is applied is the "Path Analysis"with the method of analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research will help indicate (1) Role of Stress having a positive effect and significance towards the Turnover Intention, (2) Role of Stress having a negative effect and siginificance towards Leader-member Exchange, (3) Leader-Member Exchange having a negative effect and significance towards Turnover Intentions, (4) Leader-Member Exchange mediating partially the effect on Role of Stress that can effect Turnover Intention.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi variabel komitmen organisasional terh... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi variabel komitmen organisasional terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention karyawan kontrak di PT. Kharisma Duta Anggada. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 187 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel. Hasil pengujian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta kepuasan kerja berpengruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui mediasi komitmen organisasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat bagi karyawan PT. Kharisma Duta Anggada serta pimpinan perusahaan. Perusahaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan guna meningkatkan komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan sehingga tingkat turnover intention karyawan akan semakin rendah.

The results of this study found that work-family conflict had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Work-family conflict has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of emotional intelligence on organi... more Purpose: The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational performance in clinical nurses regarding anger expression, job satisfaction, job commitment, and turnover intention. Methods: Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from 162 clinical nurses in three university hospitals in 2008, and analyzed by the SPSS 14.0 Window program, using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Emotional intelligence showed a statistically significant association with each of anger expression-in, anger expression-control, job satisfaction, job commitment, turnover intention, and organizational performance. The multiple regression analysis also showed that organizational performance was statistically significant with job satisfaction, job commitment, and emotional intelligence respectively. 38.0% of the variation of organizational performance was explained by these variables. Conclusion: Emotional intelligence significantly affected organizational performance together with job satisfaction and job commitment. From this result, it could be concluded that nursing interventions for emotional intelligence have a positive effect on improving organizational performance. Further studies are needed to develop nursing intervention programs for emotional intelligence and test its effects on organizational performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture strengthening (moderating) green training on organizational citizenship behavioral behavior at Griya Santrian Hotel Sanur. Samples taken were 177 respondents, using saturated sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional, kepuasan k... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasional terhadap OCB. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang dan sampelnya sejumlah populasi yang ada yaitu 41 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional, semakin baik kepuasan kerja, dan semakin kuat budaya organisasional maka akan semakin tinggi pula OCB karyawan.

This research was conducted at The Royal Pita Maha, using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, as many as 79 respondents through the Slovin formula method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, accuracy test regression model, partial regression test. The results of this study indicate that work performance, seniority and loyalty have a positive and significant effect on promotion. The implication in this study is that the management of The Royal Pita Maha needs to pay attention to the indicators of work performance, seniority and employee loyalty to determine promotion, so that employees feel more just and more motivated to work to get higher positions. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif penelitian ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan seperti, apakah kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri seluruh Kabupaten Tulungagung? This research was conducted at two non-star hotels in Sanur which have confirmed their willingness to fill out a questionnaire to be distributed. The questionnaire contains a number of statement items in accordance with the research variables by providing answer choices agree to disagree (using a 5-level Likert scale). The population of this study were all employees of the two non-star hotels as many as 235 employees. Because the pandemic situation is still ongoing, the sample is determined using simple random sampling of 5 multiplied by the number of indicators so that 75 employees are obtained according to the proportion of existing employees.
