The consequence of this status is the recognition and protection of the existence of indigenous peoples. This paper aims to describe the dynamics of legal recognition and protection for indigenous peoples within the framework of Indonesian law. This paper is library research based on literature. The result states that although the constitution has normatively recognized the existence of indigenous peoples and their traditional rights, in reality, not all rights were recognized and protected. The protection and recognition for indigenous people need to be strengthened.

This research aim to ( 1) evaluate the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 200... more This research aim to ( 1) evaluate the implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2000 on Gender Mainstreaming Policies by the Local Government Surakarta regarding planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, (2) reveals a variety of obstacles implementation of Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2000 on gender mainstreaming in Surakarta. As a genderperspective study, the research use a sociological empirict approach and qualitative analysis. This research focuses on the key views: political commitment, structure/ institutional of gender mainstraiming, networks of cooperation, and human re- sources. The results of this study indicate that gender mainstreaming policies in Surakarta contains in a various programs implemented in various activities since the year 2003-2008. Women’s empowennant is directed to optimize the ability of women to achieve equality and gender justice, pursued through a policy of gender mainstreaming, and then poured in a variety of programs such as Development and Women's Empower- ment Program, Womens Life Quality Improvement Program, Child and Adolescent Development Program, lnsfitulional Strengthening of Women's Empowerment Prgram. The implementation of Gender Mainstreaming Policies in Surakarta faces some obstacles, including jurisdictional, cultural, and institutional constraints. This article aims to describe the implementation of sosial rehabilitation for people with physica... more This article aims to describe the implementation of sosial rehabilitation for people with physical disabilities carried out by the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Bina Daksa Prof. Dr. Soeharso. The sample consists of beneficiaries, facilitators, sosial workers, and employees with methods of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This sosial rehabilitation is in accordance with the provisions on Social Rehabilitation Standards for Persons with Disabilities which are classified into three stages, namely, rehabilitation, resosialization, distribution and follow-up. The sosial rehabilitation is classified as complete rehabilitation, where the five rehabilitation fields (medical, mental, sosial, intellectual, vocational) are carried out by one institution. The implementation of rehabilitation still has obstacles because of the lack of limited infrastructure facilities, lack offacilitators's quality and quantity, the quality of training materials, and post-sosial rehabilitation follow-up. The results of sosial rehabilitation have fulfilled part of the access to employment for physical disabled persons who are beneficiaries. However, deficiencies and constraints need to be addressed so that access to these jobs can be enjoyed by all beneficiaries, not just a small portion.

Indigenous Peoples and Their Struggle for Citizenship and Collective Identity in Indonesia

One of the forms of socio-cultural pluralism of Indonesia is the existence of indigenous peoples ... more One of the forms of socio-cultural pluralism of Indonesia is the existence of indigenous peoples with their customary law system. Indonesia as an archipelagic country, the number of indigenous peoples is estimated at around 40-50 million, out of more than 10,000 ethnic and sub-ethnic groups spreading throughout the interregional region. Indigenous peoples are anthropological entities that grow naturally on a certain part of the earth, and consist of various small primordial communities whose citizens have blood relation to each other. The existence of such indigenous peoples places them in a minority position. This sense of minority is more or less similar to the understanding of marginal society; those in a series of common life in the public space are often on the edge, or more precisely marginalized by the dominant. Indigenous peoples are very vulnerable groups in our society and the country in general. The focus of this paper is discusses the struggle for citizenship and collective identity among indigenous peoples in Indonesia. This study is theoretical using literature review method based on literature and combined with bibliographic research that focuses on the ideas contained in the theory. As conclusion that the indigenous peoples' struggle for inclusive citizenship, which requires the Government of Indonesia to legally and actually recognize and respect the status of indigenous people's citizenship in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is not yet over. It takes a pluralist approach that sees indigenous peoples as a diversity that must be maintained, so that indigenous peoples need to be guaranteed their basic rights independently to determine choices for the development of their respective communities. Therefore, the future discourse on citizenship in Indonesia is not only seen from the individual citizens, but also communal citizens who are members of indigenous communities.

The result of the research. First, Civic Education is important enough to accommodate the vision of citizenship by preparing student to have economic competition, complex productivity work, global security, and development of internet media is crusial for the sustainability of democracy. Second, strengthening digital ethics to tackle spread of false news (hoax) in social media through civic education by students senior high school/ vocational high school at Surakarta involved three stages: learning planning, implementation, and evaluation. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif Hasil penelitian: Pertama, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan cukup penting untuk mengakomodasi visi kewarganegaraan dengan mempersiapkan siswa untuk memiliki kompetisi ekonomi, pekerjaan produktivitas yang kompleks, keamanan global, dan pengembangan media internet adalah krusial untuk keberlanjutan demokrasi. Kedua, memperkuat etika digital untuk menangani penyebaran berita palsu (hoax) di media sosial melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan oleh siswa menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif dan sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan perangkat SSP berbasis PBL. sekolah menengah atas / sekolah menengah kejuruan di Surakarta yang melibatkan tiga tahap: perencanaan pembelajaran, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengajar tahap implementasi seperti yang dilakukan memperkuat etika digital untuk siswa dengan beragam metode pembelajaran, gerakan literasi, dan program sekolah seperti kelas cyber, e-learning-kelas digital, dan PAS online. Keadaan ini apabila tidak segera diatasi maka akan berbahaya, sebab siswa sekolah dan generasi muda pada umumnya merupakan generasi penerus yang akan melanjutkan pembangunan bangsa menuju masyarakat madani. Sebagai suatu program pendidikan yang amat strategis bagi upaya pendidikan karakter (salah satunya karakter cinta tanah air), PKn perlu memperkuat posisinya menjadi “subjek pembelajaran yang kuat” (powerfull learning area) yang secara kurikuler ditandai oleh pengalaman belajar secara kontekstual dengan ciri-ciri : bermakna (meaningful), terintegrasi (integrated), berbasis nilai (valuebased), menantang (challenging), dan mengaktifkan (activating). Melalui pengalaman belajar semacam itulah para siswa difasilitasi untuk membangun pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketrampilan kewarganegaraan yang demokratis dalam koridor psiko-pedagogis-konstruktif. Terkait dengan hal itu, maka rancangan penelitian ini mengekplorasi pengembangan model Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC) untuk menumbuhkan (membangkitkan) sikap nasionalisme keIndonesiaan kritis, yang memungkinkan siswa untuk aktif dan rasional dalam mengkritisi fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menemukan model pembelajaran PKn yang mendukung penanaman nilai nasionalisme, dimana model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC). Motode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitan sosial yang didukung dengan kajian pustaka dan literatur dokumen yang mendukung dengan teknik trianggulasi data sesuai dengan permasalan yang dibahas. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kota Surakarta, dengan pertimbangan kondisi Kota Surakarta yang yang khas dan plural merupakan satu tantangan dalam pembentukan masyarakat madani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran PKn adalah : (1) Sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn yang cenderung memandang sebelah mata (meremehkan); memandang PPKn sebagai second matter, (2) Model, metode mengajar guru PPKn yang tidak variatif (monoton), (3) Sarana prasarana dan media pembelajaran yang terbatas, (4) Perangkat pembelajaran PPKn (yang dipegang guru) terbatas, (5) Penekanan pembelajaran masih di ranah knowledge (pengetahuan) (saja). Model pembelajaran yang adaptif untuk mengatasi hal itu dalam rangka menanamkan nilai nasionalisme pada siswa adalah Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC). Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC) adalah suatu Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan di dunia persekolahan (SMA) yang didasarkan pada teori bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu ujung tombak dari pendidikan politik dalam rangka pembentukan warga negara yang nasionalis yang memiliki kecintaan dan kerelaan berkorban bagi bangsanya. Langkah-langkah pembelajarannya : (1) Penjelasan secara historis dan nalar nasionalisme Indonesia, (2) Mengidentifikasi masalah krisis nasionalisme dan erosi ideologi dalam masyarakat, (3) Memilih suatu masalah untuk dikaji oleh kelas, (4) Mengumpulkan informasi yang terkait pada masalah itu, (5) Mengembangkan portofolio kelas, (6) Menyajikan portofolio, (7) Melakukan refleksi pengalaman belajar.

This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research results show thatthe strategy of traditional institutions in preserving belis cultural values is to continue to carry out adat according to the procedures or customs of the Adang people. Based on the data obtained from the field and the analysis described above, the values contained in the belis culture in the implementation of traditional marriages are as follows: Sahol Maeh sey Alepang (Knowing each other), Fang Abul (Honesty), Ada aholhormat (Mutual Respect) , Uli (Courtesy), Tenagel (Brotherhood), Tolerance, Bang Om (Family), Sadel en (Responsibility), Tey ta ta (Gotong Royong), Religious, Appreciate, Lamuil (Courage), keep it well maintained. The strategy carried out by traditional institutions so that the values contained in belis are well maintained is carried out in 3 ways, namely: simplifying by reducing the beneficiaries of belis goods, simplifying by replacing the main belis with other types of moko, simplifying with just two moko, simplifying with just one moko. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by the traditional institutions of the Adang community in implementing the strategy for preserving belis culture are (1) the lack of understanding of the community in interpreting the values contained in belis culture and belis goods which are increasingly difficult to obtain. (2) Lack of coordination between all interested parties between the village government and customary institutions. (3) the unpreparedness of the male family in preparing belis goods. One of them is Facebook, which is ranked first. The majority of internet users are women. Most women internet users come from professionals and are followed by housewives who use the internet and information technology to help their productivity. Female internet users in Indonesia are dominated by big city residents even though the distribution of users is already widespread. Given the large number of women who have social media, literacy is needed about how to do good and right social media so as to keep women away from various problems as a result of using the wrong social media.

Feminists Legal Theory is the main foundation. This theory seeks to criticise and dismantle the law by questioning the existence of laws that bring injustice to women's groups. In the Indonesian context, where the influence of patriarchal ideology and legal positivism theory is still active, the view that the law is believed to be neutral and objective has resulted in many things that discriminate and marginalise women's groups. This research presents the criticism of Law Number 7 of 2016 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Fishermen, Fish Cultivators and Salt Cultivators for the recognition of the legal entity of fisher-women. This research is theoretical with the type of literature study focusing on ideas using a feminist perspective research approach. The results of the study indicates the that Law Number 7 of 2016 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Fishermen, Fish Cultivators and Salt Farmers contains many weaknesses. T... more Gender discrimination and injustice add to the burden on women, especially women headed family. The status of the headed family puts women in difficult conditions. Apart from being the breadwinners in the family, women also have to take care of their own households so that women headed families are the poorest group in Indonesia. Women headed of family as poor and vulnerable groups need empowerment in order to achieve sustainable livelihoods. This research explores the empowerment of women headed family carried out by the SPEK-HAM Surakarta Foundation. The results showed that economic empowerment was carried out through two mentoring, first pre-empowerment which is one way of approaching women headed family through household studies and area mapping, further empowerment is carried out in the form of waste banks, pre-cooperatives and efforts to improve the economy.

The number of street children in Sukoharjo move the hearts of volunteers of P4GN team Sukoharjo in the implementation soft rehabilitation of street children through school for street children. Sukoharjo P4GN team formed for cases of drug abuse had gone into all districts in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the participation of P4GN team Sukoharjo in fulfilling the education's rights of street children, street children school implementation process, constraints encountered, and the impacts after implementation of that program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Selection of informants is determined by purposive sampling technique. Sources of data obtained from informants and a review of documents, and also from techniques of data collection is done through interview, observation, and documentation study. To test the validity of the data, using data triangulation technique. The technique of data analysis using interactive analysis, which is done in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi Orang Dengan Gang... more Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) telantar melalui Program Griya Peduli PMI Kota Surakarta. Kajian disusun dengan pendekatan kualitatif; Lokasi di Kota Surakarta; Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen; Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling; Informan terdiri dari 13 orang yakni pimpinan PMI Kota Surakarta, kepala seksi, dokter, perawat, bagaian instalasi gizi, bagian umum, bagian sanitasi, relawan dan ODGJ yang kooperatif; Observasi melihat kondisi shelter perawatan ODGJ; Telaah dokumen data pelaksanaan kegiatan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rehabilitasi sosial dilakukan melalui lima tahap yakni pendekatan awal melalui upaya turun ke jalan mencari ODGJ, asesmen melalui identifikasi gejala objektif, persiapan intervensi melalui pemisahan ODGJ yang kooperatif dengan yang nonkoopereratif, intervensi melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar; sandang; shelter; alat bantu; perbekalan kesehatan; bimbingan fisik; bimbingan mental spiritual dan sosial; bimbingan keterampilan sehari-hari; fasilitas pembuatan nomor induk kependudukan; akses ke layanan pendidikan dan kesehatan dasar, serta resosialisasi melalui pemulangan ODGJ yang sudah ditemukan atau mengingat keluarganya. Hambatan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial berupa terbatasnya akses ke fasilitas kesehatan bagi ODGJ telantar yang baru saja bergabung ke program. Selain itu kondisi shelter ODGJ perempuan kurang memadai karena akses cahaya matahari yang kurang. Kesimpulan, rehabilitasi sosial yang dilaksanakan merupakan rehabilitasi sosial dasar di dalam panti. Rekomendasi kepada Kementerian Sosial RI & Dinas Sosial Kota Surakarta untuk memberikan dukungan dan kemudahan akses kesehatan melalui KIS kepada ODGJ telantar yang direhabilitasi di LKS Griya PMI Kota Surakarta. This paper aims to describe the dynamics of legal recognition and protection for indigenous peoples within the framework of Indonesian law. This paper is library research based on literature. The result states that although the constitution has normatively recognized the existence of indigenous peoples and their traditional rights, in reality, not all rights were recognized and protected. The protection and recognition for indigenous people need to be strengthened.

As a genderperspective study, the research use a sociological empirict approach and qualitative analysis. This research focuses on the key views: political commitment, structure/ institutional of gender mainstraiming, networks of cooperation, and human re- sources. The results of this study indicate that gender mainstreaming policies in Surakarta contains in a various programs implemented in various activities since the year 2003-2008. Women’s empowennant is directed to optimize the ability of women to achieve equality and gender justice, pursued through a policy of gender mainstreaming, and then poured in a variety of programs such as Development and Women's Empower- ment Program, Womens Life Quality Improvement Program, Child and Adolescent Development Program, lnsfitulional Strengthening of Women's Empowerment Prgram. One of the forms of socio-cultural pluralism of Indonesia is the existence of indigenous peoples ... more One of the forms of socio-cultural pluralism of Indonesia is the existence of indigenous peoples with their customary law system. Indonesia as an archipelagic country, the number of indigenous peoples is estimated at around 40-50 million, out of more than 10,000 ethnic and sub-ethnic groups spreading throughout the interregional region. Indigenous peoples are anthropological entities that grow naturally on a certain part of the earth, and consist of various small primordial communities whose citizens have blood relation to each other. The existence of such indigenous peoples places them in a minority position. This sense of minority is more or less similar to the understanding of marginal society; those in a series of common life in the public space are often on the edge, or more precisely marginalized by the dominant. Indigenous peoples are very vulnerable groups in our society and the country in general. The focus of this paper is discusses the struggle for citizenship and collective identity among indigenous peoples in Indonesia. This study is theoretical using literature review method based on literature and combined with bibliographic research that focuses on the ideas contained in the theory. As conclusion that the indigenous peoples' struggle for inclusive citizenship, which requires the Government of Indonesia to legally and actually recognize and respect the status of indigenous people's citizenship in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is not yet over. It takes a pluralist approach that sees indigenous peoples as a diversity that must be maintained, so that indigenous peoples need to be guaranteed their basic rights independently to determine choices for the development of their respective communities. Therefore, the future discourse on citizenship in Indonesia is not only seen from the individual citizens, but also communal citizens who are members of indigenous communities.

Keadaan ini apabila tidak segera diatasi maka akan berbahaya, sebab siswa sekolah dan generasi muda pada umumnya merupakan generasi penerus yang akan melanjutkan pembangunan bangsa menuju masyarakat madani. Sebagai suatu program pendidikan yang amat strategis bagi upaya pendidikan karakter (salah satunya karakter cinta tanah air), PKn perlu memperkuat posisinya menjadi “subjek pembelajaran yang kuat” (powerfull learning area) yang secara kurikuler ditandai oleh pengalaman belajar secara kontekstual dengan ciri-ciri : bermakna (meaningful), terintegrasi (integrated), berbasis nilai (valuebased), menantang (challenging), dan mengaktifkan (activating). Melalui pengalaman belajar semacam itulah para siswa difasilitasi untuk membangun pengetahuan, sikap, dan ketrampilan kewarganegaraan yang demokratis dalam koridor psiko-pedagogis-konstruktif. Terkait dengan hal itu, maka rancangan penelitian ini mengekplorasi pengembangan model Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC) untuk menumbuhkan (membangkitkan) sikap nasionalisme keIndonesiaan kritis, yang memungkinkan siswa untuk aktif dan rasional dalam mengkritisi fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menemukan model pembelajaran PKn yang mendukung penanaman nilai nasionalisme, dimana model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC). Motode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitan sosial yang didukung dengan kajian pustaka dan literatur dokumen yang mendukung dengan teknik trianggulasi data sesuai dengan permasalan yang dibahas. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kota Surakarta, dengan pertimbangan kondisi Kota Surakarta yang yang khas dan plural merupakan satu tantangan dalam pembentukan masyarakat madani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam pembelajaran PKn adalah : (1) Sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn yang cenderung memandang sebelah mata (meremehkan); memandang PPKn sebagai second matter, (2) Model, metode mengajar guru PPKn yang tidak variatif (monoton), (3) Sarana prasarana dan media pembelajaran yang terbatas, (4) Perangkat pembelajaran PPKn (yang dipegang guru) terbatas, (5) Penekanan pembelajaran masih di ranah knowledge (pengetahuan) (saja). Model pembelajaran yang adaptif untuk mengatasi hal itu dalam rangka menanamkan nilai nasionalisme pada siswa adalah Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC). Nasionalism Project Citizen (NPC) adalah suatu Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan di dunia persekolahan (SMA) yang didasarkan pada teori bahwa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu ujung tombak dari pendidikan politik dalam rangka pembentukan warga negara yang nasionalis yang memiliki kecintaan dan kerelaan berkorban bagi bangsanya. Langkah-langkah pembelajarannya : (1) Penjelasan secara historis dan nalar nasionalisme Indonesia, (2) Mengidentifikasi masalah krisis nasionalisme dan erosi ideologi dalam masyarakat, (3) Memilih suatu masalah untuk dikaji oleh kelas, (4) Mengumpulkan informasi yang terkait pada masalah itu, (5) Mengembangkan portofolio kelas, (6) Menyajikan portofolio, (7) Melakukan refleksi pengalaman belajar.

This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research results show thatthe strategy of traditional institutions in preserving belis cultural values is to continue to carry out adat according to the procedures or customs of the Adang people. Based on the data obtained from the field and the analysis described above, the values contained in the belis culture in the implementation of traditional marriages are as follows: Sahol Maeh sey Alepang (Knowing each other), Fang Abul (Honesty), Ada aholhormat (Mutual Respect) , Uli (Courtesy), Tenagel (Brotherhood), Tolerance, Bang Om (Family), Sadel en (Responsibility), Tey ta ta (Gotong Royong), Religious, Appreciate, Lamuil (Courage), keep it well maintained. The strategy carried out by traditional institutions so that the values contained in belis are well maintained is carried out in 3 ways, namely: simplifying by reducing the beneficiaries of belis goods, simplifying by replacing the main belis with other types of moko, simplifying with just two moko, simplifying with just one moko. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by the traditional institutions of the Adang community in implementing the strategy for preserving belis culture are (1) the lack of understanding of the community in interpreting the values contained in belis culture and belis goods which are increasingly difficult to obtain. T... more Gender discrimination and injustice add to the burden on women, especially women headed family. The status of the headed family puts women in difficult conditions. Apart from being the breadwinners in the family, women also have to take care of their own households so that women headed families are the poorest group in Indonesia. Women headed of family as poor and vulnerable groups need empowerment in order to achieve sustainable livelihoods. This research explores the empowerment of women headed family carried out by the SPEK-HAM Surakarta Foundation. The results showed that economic empowerment was carried out through two mentoring, first pre-empowerment which is one way of approaching women headed family through household studies and area mapping, further empowerment is carried out in the form of waste banks, pre-cooperatives and efforts to improve the economy.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi Orang Dengan Gang... more Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial bagi Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) telantar melalui Program Griya Peduli PMI Kota Surakarta. Kajian disusun dengan pendekatan kualitatif; Lokasi di Kota Surakarta; Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen; Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling; Informan terdiri dari 13 orang yakni pimpinan PMI Kota Surakarta, kepala seksi, dokter, perawat, bagaian instalasi gizi, bagian umum, bagian sanitasi, relawan dan ODGJ yang kooperatif; Observasi melihat kondisi shelter perawatan ODGJ; Telaah dokumen data pelaksanaan kegiatan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rehabilitasi sosial dilakukan melalui lima tahap yakni pendekatan awal melalui upaya turun ke jalan mencari ODGJ, asesmen melalui identifikasi gejala objektif, persiapan intervensi melalui pemisahan ODGJ yang kooperatif dengan yang nonkoopereratif, intervensi melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar; sandang; shelter; alat bantu; perbekalan kesehatan; bimbingan fisik; bimbingan mental spiritual dan sosial; bimbingan keterampilan sehari-hari; fasilitas pembuatan nomor induk kependudukan; akses ke layanan pendidikan dan kesehatan dasar, serta resosialisasi melalui pemulangan ODGJ yang sudah ditemukan atau mengingat keluarganya. Hambatan pelaksanaan rehabilitasi sosial berupa terbatasnya akses ke fasilitas kesehatan bagi ODGJ telantar yang baru saja bergabung ke program. Selain itu kondisi shelter ODGJ perempuan kurang memadai karena akses cahaya matahari yang kurang. Kesimpulan, rehabilitasi sosial yang dilaksanakan merupakan rehabilitasi sosial dasar di dalam panti. Rekomendasi kepada Kementerian Sosial RI & Dinas Sosial Kota Surakarta untuk memberikan dukungan dan kemudahan akses kesehatan melalui KIS kepada ODGJ telantar yang direhabilitasi di LKS Griya PMI Kota Surakarta. The result of the research. First, Civic Education is important enough to accommodate the vision of citizenship by preparing student to have economic competition, complex productivity work, global security, and development of internet media is crusial for the sustainability of democracy. Second, strengthening digital ethics to tackle spread of false news (hoax) in social media through civic education by students senior high school/ vocational high school at Surakarta involved three stages: learning planning, implementation, and evaluation. This article aims to describe the implementation of sosial rehabilitation for people with physica... more This article aims to describe the implementation of sosial rehabilitation for people with physical disabilities carried out by the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Bina Daksa Prof. Dr. Soeharso. The sample consists of beneficiaries, facilitators, sosial workers, and employees with methods of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This sosial rehabilitation is in accordance with the provisions on Social Rehabilitation Standards for Persons with Disabilities which are classified into three stages, namely, rehabilitation, resosialization, distribution and follow-up. The sosial rehabilitation is classified as complete rehabilitation, where the five rehabilitation fields (medical, mental, sosial, intellectual, vocational) are carried out by one institution. The implementation of rehabilitation still has obstacles because of the lack of limited infrastructure facilities, lack offacilitators's quality and quantity, the quality of training materials, and post-sosial rehabilitation follow-up. The results of sosial rehabilitation have fulfilled part of the access to employment for physical disabled persons who are beneficiaries. However, deficiencies and constraints need to be addressed so that access to these jobs can be enjoyed by all beneficiaries, not just a small portion.
