This study was conducted from Februari until Maret 2013. Data collected were those of primary and secondary data. The methods of study used case studies, while the determination of the population is conducted by survey method. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive method, scoring in each indicators, multiple regresi analysis and then analysis of the marketing margins. Most of respondents drawn from incidental consumersof soybean milk powder with number of sample from SGN 30 people and Melilea 30 people.The result of this study; the value chain showed that there are two activities in a company, the primary activity and the support activity; margin analysis showed that marketing margin of SGN industry greater than Melilea.

This study used survey method with 14 pineapple chips maker as respondents which is they selected by sensus method. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and multiple regressions analysis. The results of this study showed that five variables of the marketing mix, entirely in the category "Pretty Good". The affected variables of marketing mix on volume of sales is variable of product (X1) 123.21 and distribution (X5) 0.052. The author's suggestion to the pineapple chips maker are to be able to utilize the Internet as a media campaign, maintains the certificates present on the packaging and make arrangement stall as attractive as possible.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Pemilihan responden pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Penentuan responden berdasarkan kepakaran dan perannya dalam pengambilan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan agroindustri dodol buah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Multidimensional Scaling (Mds), prospektif dan Analitic Hierarchi Process /AHP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor penentu pengelolaan bauran pemasaran dodol buah terdiri atas; dimensi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi. Atribut pengungkit dalam pengelolaan bauran pemasaran dodol buah di Kabupaten Siak diperoleh bahwa tipe sebaran cenderung mengumpul di kuadran I dan kuadran III. Strategi pemasaran dodol buah di Kabupaten Siak kegiatan promosi terdiri dari semua kegiatan pemasaran yang mencoba terjadinya aksi pembelian suatu produk yang cepat atau terjadinya pembelian dalam waktu yang singkat.

This research was conducted using a survey method. Participants were selected using purposive sampling (27 farmers, 6 collectors, and 6 factory owners). The analysis of Tual Sagu market was done using descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings show that 1) the structure of Tual Sagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency leads to a perfect competition market; 2) the market behavior shows an imperfect competition market leading to oligopsonism; and 3) the performance of Tual Sagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency is not yet efficient. This is seen from the fact that the margin marketing is greater at the merchant level and the inequality of the benefits obtained.

Pada penelitian digunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), yang merupakan metode non parametrik berbasis pada Linear Programming. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa usahatani kelapa di Kecamatan Pulau Burung belum menggunakan teknik budidaya sesuai standar. Sebagian besar usahatani kelapa tidak menggunakan pupuk dan pestisida. Begitu juga dengan aktivitas pemeliharaan tanaman relatif tidak dilakukan dengan baik, seperti pembersihan lahan dan pembumbunan. Aktivitas usahatani yang aktif dilakukan hanyalah pemanenan dan penanganan pasca panen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Pemilihan responden pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Penentuan responden berdasarkan kepakaran dan perannya dalam pengambilan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan agroindustri dodol buah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Multidimensional Scaling (Mds), prospektif dan Analitic Hierarchi Process /AHP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor penentu pengelolaan bauran pemasaran dodol buah terdiri atas; dimensi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi. Atribut pengungkit dalam pengelolaan bauran pemasaran dodol buah di Kabupaten Siak diperoleh bahwa tipe sebaran cenderung mengumpul di kuadran I dan kuadran III. Strategi pemasaran dodol buah di Kabupaten Siak kegiatan promosi terdiri dari semua kegiatan pemasaran yang mencoba terjadinya aksi pembelian suatu produk yang cepat atau terjadinya pembelian dalam waktu yang singkat.

This research was conducted using a survey method. Participants were selected using purposive sampling (27 farmers, 6 collectors, and 6 factory owners). The analysis of Tual Sagu market was done using descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings show that 1) the structure of Tual Sagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency leads to a perfect competition market; 2) the market behavior shows an imperfect competition market leading to oligopsonism; and 3) the performance of Tual Sagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency is not yet efficient. This is seen from the fact that the margin marketing is greater at the merchant level and the inequality of the benefits obtained.

Pada penelitian digunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), yang merupakan metode non parametrik berbasis pada Linear Programming. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa usahatani kelapa di Kecamatan Pulau Burung belum menggunakan teknik budidaya sesuai standar. Sebagian besar usahatani kelapa tidak menggunakan pupuk dan pestisida. Begitu juga dengan aktivitas pemeliharaan tanaman relatif tidak dilakukan dengan baik, seperti pembersihan lahan dan pembumbunan. Aktivitas usahatani yang aktif dilakukan hanyalah pemanenan dan penanganan pasca panen.
