A multiple channel strategy allows customer interaction from various angles but does not provide a flawless, coherent user experience. This chapter identifies key factors that drive a successful omni-channel platform and proposes a successful omni-channel strategy framework. A survey consisting of 21 items was administered to gain customers' perspectives on channels provided by a particular company. Descriptive analysis was performed to study the underlying issues faced by customers when making complaints, service request, and enquiries via the multi-channel interaction provided. Findings show that eight technological and four customer engagement factors contribute to a comprehensive omni-channel strategy framework for a deeper understanding on the significance of a flawless user platform.

All teaching methods involve compromises and not every method works well for every student. Hence, student's first lesson is critical for both the teacher and the student. This is where teaching and learning courseware, in this case the interactive multimedia courseware can be tremendously valuable in reinforcing lessons learned in the studio and adding interest to practice and finger training. Different packages of interactive courseware emphasize different aspects of the learning process and employ different methods, so no single package, no matter how good, are right or perfect for all students. Therefore, to ease the process of acquiring piano skills on top of the face-to-face learning method, a framework is proposed to assist in the research on the effectiveness of learning basic musical concepts through interactive multimedia courseware.

Indeed, this method of expression has been compliant with the concept of artificial intelligence for many years. Accommodating the concept of artificial intelligence in a social environment and identifying the intelligent interaction that occurs among the social benefactor somehow provides a new trend of collaboration that ultimately may revolutionize the way collaborative work is done in the future. This is indeed termed as Collaborative Intelligence, Social Intelligence or even Swarm Intelligence. As such, this paper investigates the general attributes that are involve in Collaborative Intelligence and further defines a general framework that coordinates these attributes.

The research uses theories of 'social support' and 'planned behaviour' to propose a research model that drives continuance participation in on-line communities in Malaysia. The model reveals that the constructs perceived behavioural control, subjective norms, and attitude from the Theory of Planned Behaviour juxtaposed with social support constructs and a perceived value construct significantly influences on-line communities' continuance participation intention and behaviour. Using PLS-SEM to analyse data gathered in Malaysia, the research demonstrates that users' continuance participation is dependent on their intention and behaviour. The study also contributes to the understanding of individuals' use of on-line communities in the social commerce era.

It takes a long time to understand and master programming. We strongly believe that programming should be taught in stages to children at early age in efforts to turn them into experts in the future. Educational games provide a unique opportunity for integrating the cognitive, affective, and social aspects of learning. Since, learning programming is a complex subject matter, we could exploit games as means to introduce programming to children. This paper discusses how game could be used as a mechanism to introduce basic programming principles to children between the age of 5 to 7 years old. A simple 2D game prototype consisting of 7 different scenarios is being developed. Each of the scenarios covers the fundamentals of computer programming such as variables, data type, arithmetic operators, comparison operators, and operator precedence. Just like mo...
