Using fresh imported ingredients to bring in traditional Gelato flavours with loads of seasonal and local twists. Gelato Dal Cuore wanted some traditional elements that spoke to the heritage of classic Italian Gelato, mixed with modern elements and accents to complete their orange brand colours. The result is a cool balance of refined and classic which ties together the fun and playfulness of the ingredients. Gelato Messina's first store in Adelaide and a homecoming for the owners. An old workshop has been restored and refreshed. Inspired by the ‘retro’ aesthetic of GM’s first stores, the fit-out contrasts the shell. Luxe vs. industrial, polished vs. rough. Colours and patterns on a backdrop of textural whites.
