👉 Pushing through the ball of your foot = more quad engagement

If you always struggle to feel your glutes when you’re doing bridges and you tend to feel your quads instead, pay closer attention to what your feet are doing. 

If you’re what I like to call “quad dominant” (meaning you’ve spent years using your quad muscles more than your glute muscles for lower body work), then your quads will figure out how to do a lot of the bridging action. 

But if you lift your toes off the floor, your quads CAN’T take over. Your glutes are forced to do their job. 

😏 Just a little insider training tip if you can’t seem to get your glutes to engage!!
