I have always been a girly who has been lower body, dominant… But absolutely quad dominant! My glutes have been one of the hardest muscles for me to grow! And let me tell you what I did. 🍑

. In the first video I weighed around 130 pounds. And the second video I weigh around 150 that’s almost a 20 pound difference !!! If you want to GROW your weight it possibly going to go up. We need to build muscle. In order do do that we need to eat!
