Here’s a simple one I often use: • 1 cup of joint compound (also known as sheetrock or drywall compound in some countries) • 2 tablespoons of modeling paste • 2 teaspoons of craft paint These measurements are just approximations. If your paste feels too thick, add more paint or modeling paste. If it’s too thin, simply add more joint compound. Do not overcook! 3️⃣ Let the air dry clay cool for about 30 minutes before handling. 4️⃣ Create a handprint or other Christmas ornaments using the air dry clay. 5️⃣ Leave it out to dry for 3-4 days or cook it at 200° F for 1.5-2 hours to dry it out.
