For this recipe, I'm using 800 grams of tilapia fillet but you can use any fish you like. I'll add two chopped tomatoes, Then a finely chopped onion. Add a yellow bell pepper cut into small cubes. Add a red bell pepper cut into small cubes. Add parsley to taste. Add four cloves of chopped garlic and let's mix these ingredients on top of the fish. These ingredients will certainly make the fish tastier. Now I'll add a teaspoon of salt. A teaspoon of paprika, black pepper to taste, and the juice of a lemon. Let's stir again. And then cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for an hour. Meanwhile, cut two potatoes into thin slices. Now, place a sliced onion on a platter. And cover the bottom of the dish with the onion. Then place the sliced potatoes on top of the onions. Once we've covered the whole dish, we'll add the fish. It's been an hour and the flavor of the spices is already well added to it. Look how delicious it is. You can already see how good it will be. Next, cover the fish with the marinade seasoning.
