Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis materi dan tujuan pembelajaran tentang pembelajaran Fisika yang telah berlangsung di sekolah, meliputi persentase fakta, konsep, dan prinsip yang terdapat pada materi. Untuk tujuan pembelajaran dilihat dari persentase tingkatan Taksonomi Bloom. Materi dalam penelitian ini yang dianalisis adalah materi Fisika SMA kelas X tentang Listrik Dinamis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis materi diperoleh persentase jumlah fakta, konsep, prinsip, dan prosedur masing-masing 28%, 30%, 36%, dan 6%. Dari hasil persentase analisis materi terlihat bahwa yang mendominasi materi listrik dinamis adalah konsep dan prinsip. Anaisis materi yang ideal diperlukan dalam memahami fakta dan prinsip pada materi Fisika. Hal ini diharapkan supaya siswa dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran materi listrik dinamis dengan baik. Untuk analisis tujuan pembelajaran materi listrik dinamis terlihat bahwa tujuan pembelajaran sudah mencapai tingkatan C5 tetapi belum mencapai tingkatan C6 sesuai dengan target tujuan pembelajaran Fisika nasional. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya perbaikan dalam penyusunan materi Fisika pada pokok bahasan Listrik dinamis.

Masalah yang diajukan tidak hanya terbatas pada masalah rutin, tetapi dapat berupa masalah tidak rutin. Masalah tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi siswa untuk dipecahkan. Masalah tidak rutin menjadi sulit diselesaikan karena tidak dapat diselesaikan menggunakan konsep dan prinsip matematika yang umum. Dalam menyelesaikan masalah diperlukan strategi yang tepat dengan mengombinasikan segala konsep dan prinsip matematika yang dikuasai siswa. Melalui artikel ini diharapkan guru maupun siswa akan memiliki pemahaman sehingga dapat memilih diantara 10 strategi yang sesuai dalam pemecahan masalah matematika.

Communication through publication plays an important role in higher education. The purpose of thi... more Communication through publication plays an important role in higher education. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the ability of scientific publications of lecturers through training activities and mentoring to lecturers in writing scientific papers. There are two achievements in this training, namely that the lecturer has the skills to write scientific articles and knowledge on how to check the originality of his scientific work (using the plagiarism checker application), which is included in the original category is less than 20% detected plagiarism. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This activity was carried out at the Deli Husada Health Institute, Indonesia. The target audience in this activity is the permanent lecturers of the foundation who have served at least one year and have sufficient ability in the ICT field. The result is that this activity shows satisfactory success when compared to the expected performance plan that is 60% of participants' activities. The conclusion is that the assistance activities in writing scientific papers of lecturers can significantly improve the ability of lecturers to produce scientific work that can be published.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis RME yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis dan self-efficacy siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model Thiagarajan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 33 orang siswa kelas XI-E Pondok Pesantren Mawaridussalam. In this article, we explore the potential of using abductive reasoning to help solve algebraic problems. We begin by providing an overview of abductive reasoning and its key features. We then present a case study in which we apply abductive reasoning to a specific algebraic problem. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of using abductive reasoning to generate new hypotheses and ultimately solve the problem. Finally, we discuss the implications of our findings for the teaching and learning of algebra, as well as potential future research directions in this area. Based on several observations, some students experienced difficulties in problem-solving activities. The research and development design (R&D) uses the Thiagarajan model. The research results imply that the STEAM-based e-handout met the criteria of valid, practical, and improved mathematical connection skills. Material experts provided an average score of 81% (very valid), linguists provided an average of 80% (fairly valid), and media experts provided an average score of 100% (very valid). The average score of the teacher's response to the practicality of the e-handout was 75% (practical) and the student's percentage was 67% (practical), which means that teachers and students have a positive response. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis m... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model pembelajaran matematika realistik yang valid, praktis dan efektif, serta mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menggunakan lembar kerja peserta didik berbasis model pembelajaran matematika realistik. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah penelitian Research and Development yang mengacu pada model 4-D sebagaimana dikemukakan Thiagarajan (1974). Namun dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini terbatas pada tahap define, design, dan develop. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS-1 SMA Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan yang terdiri dari 31 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun akademik 2021/2022. Adapun Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi lembar penilaian lembar kerja peserta didik untuk mengukur kevalidan, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan angket respon peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dengan skor rata-rata 3.93. Lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kepraktisan ditinjau dari hasil penilaian validator dan respon peserta didik. Lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria keefektifan ditinjau dari: ketuntasan belajar, respon peserta didik, dan penggunaan waktu dalam proses pembelajaran. Uji coba yang dilakukan dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap dimana terjadi peningkatan presentase ketuntasan belajar dari 35.48% menjadi 93.54% dengan ketercapaian indikator dari 64.77% menjadi 79.97%; respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan rata-rata 88.17%; penggunaan waktu untuk proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan alokasi waktu yang tersedia. Dengan demikian lembar kerja peserta didik yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif. This study aims to describe the development of the student worksheets based on valid, practical and effective realistic mathematics learning models, and to determine the improvement of students' critical thinking skills by using student worksheets based on realistic mathematics learning models. The type of research used is Research and Development research which refers to the 4-D model as stated by Thiagarajan (1974). However, in in its implementation, this research is limited to the define, design, and develop stages. The subjects in this study were students of class X IPS-1 SMA Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan which consisted of 31 students. This research was conducted in the odd semester of 2021/2022 academic year. The research instrument used include the student worksheet assessment sheets to measure the validity, the critical thinking skills test, and student response questionnaires.Based on the results of the trials carried out, it was concluded that the developed student worksheets have fulfilled the validity criteria with an average score of 3.93%. Dalam pembelajaran matematika, kemampuan penalaran merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang menjadi tujuan. Perbedaan penalaran seseorang dapat dilihat dari kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah non-rutin. Hasil observasi awal, terlihat bahwa siswa masih cenderung menyelesaikan masalah berdasarkan contoh solusi yang diberikan oleh guru, ketika diberikan masalah yang menuntut pengembangan ide, siswa mengalami kesulitan. This research is a descriptive study that will provide an overview of student learning independence during online lectures in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara.
