Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan budaya RIIBCOH (Relentlessly Resourceful, Integrity, Impact, Beginner Mindset, Customer Obsessed, Ownership, High Standards) di PT Glints Indonesia dalam membentuk mental kontributif karyawan berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. PT Glints Indonesia, sebagai startup pengembangan karir, mengadopsi budaya RIIBCOH untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan performa karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengandalkan berbagai literatur terkait untuk mendapatkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya RIIBCOH sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila seperti integritas, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Implementasi budaya RIIBCOH dilakukan melalui pelatihan, workshop, kebijakan keseimbangan kerja-hidup, dan proyek lintas departemen. Namun, tantangan seperti pemahaman yang tidak merata, konsistensi penerapan, dukungan manajemen, dan mekanisme evaluasi yang efektif menjadi hambatan dalam penerapan budaya ini. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya RIIBCOH, bila diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila, dapat secara signifikan membentuk mental kontributif karyawan, meningkatkan performa, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif dan produktif di PT Glints Indonesia.

Launched in 2014, the program aims to provide more equitable and inclusive access to healthcare services, particularly for the economically disadvantaged. Guided by the values of Pancasila, especially the fifth principle emphasizing social justice, BPJS Health plays a crucial role in ensuring that all citizens have equal access to quality healthcare services. Despite its considerable benefits, BPJS Health faces various challenges such as limited healthcare facilities and medical personnel, low public awareness, and financial constraints. This study aims to analyze the contribution of BPJS Health in improving the welfare of Indonesian society from the perspective of social justice as enshrined in Pancasila. By exploring the implementation and impact of the program, this research provides deep insights into the effectiveness of BPJS Health and identifies challenges that need to be addressed for the development of better healthcare policies in the future.

Organizational agility refers to a company's ability to quickly adapt to market changes, customer demands, and technological advancements. For start-ups in Indonesia, achieving this agility involves overcoming several barriers, including securing adequate funding, managing talent acquisition and retention, navigating regulatory landscapes, and effectively scaling operations. The volatile start-up ecosystem requires these companies to be flexible, innovative, and responsive to maintain a competitive edge. For companies like Gojek, implementing a SWOT analysis is crucial for fostering organizational agility. By continuously analyzing internal capabilities and external market conditions, Gojek can swiftly adjust its strategies to stay ahead of the competition. This involves leveraging strengths, such as robust technological infrastructure and a loyal customer base, while addressing weaknesses, exploring new market opportunities, and mitigating threats posed by competitors and regulatory changes. Through this iterative process, Gojek ensures it remains agile, resilient, and capable of sustaining its growth trajectory in a dynamic business environment. This research focuses on analyzing how Pancasila culture is applied in instilling AKHLAK values within BUMN. By emphasizing the cultivation of individuals as responsible and integral citizens, the research aims to improve human resource productivity, bolster Pancasila-based strategies within companies, recognize the results of Pancasila ideology in business and industry, and enhance stakeholders' trust in Pancasila-based strategies' quality and relevance in the national economy. This analysis not only addresses organizational culture sustainability in BUMN but also explores its potential for greater contributions to Indonesia's overall welfare.
