The eighth century, through the Seventh Ecumenical Council, was the highlight of this process. On the other hand, this is when the attitude of Christianity to iconographic art was defined by the contributions of important theologians: Saint John of Damascus, Saint Germanus of Constantinople 1 , Saint Nicephorus the Confessor, Saint Theodore of Studium. At the same time, by confirming a dogmatic aspect of the icon, the Church was defending its own nature and identity against the imperial institution, which had entered a process of absorbtion regarding the ecclesial institution. Therefore, the issue was far more complicated, more vast and profound. The support that she provided to the cult of the icons amounted to the independence of the Church from the utilitarian theocracy of the Byzantine Empire. My aim in this paper is to identify the stages of this double effort: on the one hand, the process of establishing the role of the icon in the dogmatic conscienceness of the Church, and on the other hand, the articulation of this dogmatic process as an expression of the independence of the Church in her relationship to Byzantine politology.

Within this study we aim to identify the essence of Law principles in direct relationship with the moral judgements which ensure their inner substance. In this sense, the study presents the political morality concept as branch of social philosophy, in the thinking of John Rawls, Ronald Myles Dworkin and Amartya Sen, who marked the development of this field in the XX th century. What brings together these authors is their preoccupation for the foundation of law principles in the sense of reflective equilibrium, starting from the distributive justice of Rawls, and ending with the plurality of social universes described by Amartya Sen. I believe that creating a discourse on mission, primarily involves identifying motivations of Mission, internalizing (transforming them into fact of consciousness or becoming Mission as dogmatic-consciousness), their credibility to the world in a message adapted non-integrist, identifying and operationalization to the methods (pedagogy and andragogy adapted principles) to transmit the content of mission, fidelity to the sources of faith. I propose in this study, based on historical variables sacred, identifying the fundamental Sacred and the means by which can humanity achieve it.

This study aims to highlight the internal elements of religious education. The Sacred and the sacred play a very important role in the religious educational system. The image of the sacred is revealed in a clearer way in the New Testament in Christ: Who is greater than the temple. Another chapter is dedicated to cultural beliefs such as those imagined by Grace Davie for Great Britain: believing without belonging. The historical sequence has the role of identifying possible Christian educational models in the first fathers of the Church. The last chapter is dedicated to the theological tasks that are imposed in the context of secular pressures.

The theological frames that gave expression to this kind of attitude, later assumed in byzantine political science, can be identified in the ground elements of Christianity: the dogmatic-martyric consciousness of the Early Church, the compulsory relation between faith and witness, the mystagogical dimension of Christianity, the Christological context (with an emphasis on the Incarnation and Resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ), the transforming power of prayer, the assertion of the prophetic power of the Church, the apologetic

The preoccupation for such an analysis is based on the tension between the products of scientific research concerning Constantine’s person and epoch on the one hand, and the manner in which the Church filtered the Constantinian moment in worship, on the other hand.
