Once your yeast is activated, add 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp melted butter, and 1/4 cup honey. Stir then add 5 cups of flour - either bread or all purpose. Stir. Once your dough starts to stick to your spoon or spatula, knead with your hands - either in the bowl or on the counter. If your dough is still a little sticky, you may need to add more flour. Once your flour is fully incorporated and your dough is no longer sticking to your hands, place your dough in a greased bowl and cover with either Saran Wrap or a damp towel.
