In my experience baking macarons can be tricky because they’re so sensitive. These little treats are picky about temperature, humidity, and ingredient measurements. Achieving the perfect batch takes practice and attention to detail.

⭐️Start by preheating your oven to 145°C with the fan on, allowing it to heat up for at least 30 minutes. Placing an empty tray on the top rack prevents them from browning too much.

⭐️For better results, try piping the macarons onto an upside-down baking tray. This helps them bake more evenly and prevents hollow shells.

⭐️Bake them for around 15-17 minutes, but keep a close watch as every oven is different. A trick I use is gently touching the top of a macaron—if it’s firm and doesn’t move, it’s ready.
