Third exercise in Photo 3, this time we needed a photo to show the passage of time. I took a pair of old Everlast boxing gloves and shot them in front of a black backdrop. SB-600 to the right bounced off bounce card, another white bounce card on the left to throw a small amount of light to the left side of gloves. Photoshop: Warm tone filters added as well as Level layer adjustments.

Hand Wrapping Guide: There are many ways to wrap the hand, and there definitely isn't one “best” way. But there is the “PGB” way, which insures protection for three important areas: thumb, knuckles, and wrist. General notes while you wrap: Keep your palm facing down to keep the same point of reference. Keep your thumb and fingers wide (splayed out). #pinkglovesboxing #PGB #handwrapping #boxinghandwrapping #boxing #fitness #handwrappingguide #handwraphowto #womenboxing #empowerment #boxer How To Wrap Boxing Wraps, Hand Wrapping, Kick Boxing Girl, Boxing Training Workout, Boxing Hand Wraps, Boxe Thai, Hand Wraps, Trening Sztuk Walki, Boxing Fitness
