Arina Kysh on Instagram: "My favorite viral Christmas dessert from last year!! ❤️ mini cheesecake Santa hats 🎅🏼 Crust: 120 g crushed graham crackers 50 g melted butter Cheesecake filling: 450 g soft cream cheese 50 g sour cream 90 g sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs Toppings: strawberries whipped cream • preheat oven to 325 F. Line a regular muffin pan with liners • combine crust ingredients and evenly portion out the crust between all 12 liners - press down firmly • bake crust for 5 mins then remove and let it cool • with a stand mixer, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, scrape down as needed • add the sugar and vanilla then mix to combine • mix the eggs in one at a time and make sure to not over mix • portion out the filling between the 12 liners and bake for 16-20 min

The texture is basically like cookie dough, yet this beaut packs over 35g plant based protein. What a win ❤️‍🔥 Serves 1. ▫️50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) ▫️25g @myprotein soy isolate protein ▫️1 tsp cacao powder ▫️160ml milk, or water ▫️1 tbsp @myprotein natural peanut butter ▫️20g dark chocolate ▫️1/2 tsp coconut oil ▫️Flaky sea salt 1. It’s made with the full limes which may be jarring, but trust the process ✨ recipe below‼️ Ingredients (for about 4 servings): -4 limes, plus more for garnish -6 ounces sweetened condensed milk -1/4 cup granulated sugar -ice -spirit of choice :) Directions: -Wash the limes well, then cut off the ends and cut them into quarters. Add them into a high power blender with the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, about 3 cups ice, and 3 cups water.
