Diane Morrisey on Instagram: "The name Puttanesca loosely translates to “whore”. Why? Because it’s delicious and cheap (Do not shoot the messenger) It’s famously named for the fact that Italy’s “ladies of the evening” quickly made it between clients. Traditionally it is made with tomatos, chili flakes, capers, anchovies, kalamata olives, garlic and fresh herbs. For a dish so simple, your hard pressed to find one so flavorfully complex Puttanesca traditionally gets served over pasta but in this easy one skillet meal, we are are using it to simmer flaky fish Cod fillets. The contrast of the big flavors match well against the mild flavor of the Cod Also, I’m

Marco on Instagram: "Pasta Cacio e pepe 🤤 For 2 people: 320g pasta 200g Pecorino Romano Black pepper to taste (a lot is the minimum) Cooking salted water ❗️Pecorino has a sharp, cheesy and salty flavor, if is too much you can use either parmigiano or grana padano. ❗️Prepare the cream when the pasta is almost ready to avoid it getting too cold ❗️make sure you turn the heat off when adding the cheese, mix right away with energy Save the video and try it yourself 👨‍🍳😋 #italianfood #homemade #pasta #easyrecipes"

Recipe below so save (bookmark icon) and share (paper plane icon) this video. However, you can also do this much quicker with exactly the same ingredients. Instead of spending the time finally chopping, you can put the ingredients in chunky and then blend them at the end. It’s got all the same goodness in it and it takes you less than five minutes Italians eat pasta every single day; you’ll find factory workers, employees all spend an hour sat down in the café eating a bowl of pasta most lunches and it’s considered a very healthy meal.
