Under #SB43 in #Arkansas If you sing, lip-sync, dance or perform in front of 2 or more people in public property while wearing clothes, make up or other accessories that don't match your gender assigned at birth you will be considered a drag performer.
#SB43 is framed as an attack against #dragperformers, BUT it actually seeks to criminalize the very existence of Trans people by labeling our gender expression and gender affirming gear as “drag”.
#SB43 in #Arkansas will prohibit Trans events in public property, trans kids performing in school events, drag at pride, trans people being joyful at pride or in public, drag story hour, and more.
