$HPNN will be expounding on this thread throughout the day but the note on the Doty acquisition/compensation is very relevant. There was much criticism when this relationship was started/announced about how he was being paid, where was the money coming from, etc. While this 1/x
doesn't show day-to-day comp-it gives a rather clear pic of the motivation/potential Doty had with $HPNN & DigitalAge.com success. 75MM shares & 0.001% of ad REVENUE generated thru Vertuoso. While this has not been further explained how ad rev will be generated-it 2/x
does show the LT potential reward Doty is getting w/ involvement. #contentcreation & #Influencer on DigitalAge.com will have ability to gen ad rev for themselves thru their content which some will pass thru to $HPNN. This is materially diff than the site relying on 3/x
ad placement for rev. #content creators will gen individual revs by selling content, subscriber fees, & ad rev (based on follower #s similar to any other platform) & DigitalAge.com will take a small % of these as a "service fee" for hosting the platform. This will 4/x
represent a large % of initial & future revs for $HPNN as subscribers, users, & #contentcreation scales into DigitalAge.com. Think of the original EBay model for EBay didn't own, buy, or sell anything-it was purely transactional & the platform simply facilitated the 4/x
exchange between buyer & seller. Eventually they bought out #PayPal to further integrate/secure the actual financial transaction into the platform as well as the product transaction. Credit Cards were the original financial transaction platform & purely transactional 5/x
- they simply facilitated payment from customer/client to vendor.

Now consider this on a much broader scale w/ $HPNN DigitalAge.com. Now, instead of selling baseball cards or an old bike you aren't going to use again on Ebay, you are selling your "content" (music, 6/x
videos, short movies, documentaries, books, opinion pieces, political abstracts, etc) thru DigitalAge.com. They are the platform that facilitates not only this transaction, but helps you authenticate, digitally secure rights/TM on the blockchain (so no future ?s on 7/x
legitimate owner/author is -think of all the lawsuits over music rights/copyright infringement-all moot), set pricing/subscription fees, choose payment methods (including crypto), AND extend this across your entire, growing, SM base. This is ultimately what $HPNN is building 8/x
well beyond a Twitter or TikTok replacement. It's being done from the ground up, #decentralized, & now relying on hosting from AWS that could arbitrarily shut them down like @parler faced. #contentcreators have significantly more confidence in their ability to express 9/x
themselves whether it be sharing a general opinion Iike on Twitter or FB), writing an opinion piece (which is controlled by prevailing narrative at a NYT, MSM outlet, etc - think substack), creating music/videos w/ potentially controversial material/subjects, etc WITHOUT the 10/x
the constant fear that one day their platform (such as FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc) deems their material offensive, non conforming to the platform direction, is "independently" deemed misinformation & deleted, or generally cancelled. They can't be censored by 3rd 11/x
parties, "independent" fact checkers, morality police, social good "experts," or simply shut out of the internet entirely by the 3rx part web hosting (AWS - Parler).

This security/confidence coupled with digital rights mgmt (secured by #decentralized rights mgmt), creative 12/x
control of artistic license, being in control of payment schedules/fees/subscriptions, distributing/dissemination of content, & having secure payment options across numerous platforms will be unique & #disruptive in the space.

$HPNN goes well beyond the curr spate of SM 13/x
copycats trying to carve out a following based on political ideology & further dividing users into "camps." This new way of looking at SM platform & #contentcreation will cont to come into focus for $HPNN DigitalAge.com as site is launched, key #Influencer are 14/x
are announced/migrate to the site, & user invariably follow the content (like they did at satellite radio, Netflix, Spotify, & oroginal streaming content (thru Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, etc). This is still the beginning of the adoption curve for $HPNN curve shared before. 15/x
Will follow up a little later w/ how the curr $HPNN fins just released & couple key components shared in report further extend the above progression despite the still, significant naysayers, skeptics, etc (some certainly understandable & some justifiable).
