Wirraway is committed to working with Corrections Victoria and Victoria Police to see better outcomes for Aboriginal people and to promote improved police practices within the Victoria Police, that are informed by cultural understanding of the Aboriginal people of Victoria.
Wirraway's focus is on the unlawful conduct of the State of Victoria’s employees. With an increased focus on the unlawful actions of police members and employees of correctional facilities, such as prison officers.
