We're tiny! We're turbo!
Our faces will disturb-o!

Tiny Turbo Changers is a line of blind-bagged, transforming vinyl figures. The assortment originally began as part of the toyline for The Last Knight in 2017, the smallest of several easy-to-transform "Turbo Changer" pricepoints, and featured characters pulled from throughout the entire live-action film series. The Tiny Turbo Changers would subsequently outlive the toyline that spawned them, continuing into 2018 under the more general Movie Edition label, co-branded as Generations. While the movie-inspired assortment eventually ended after five series, the line was then relaunched under the Cyberverse franchise.

Long-time Takara designer Kōjin Ōno contributed to the line, which is Hasbro's first venture into transforming blind-bag vinyls, with previous efforts like Tiny Titans having simply been static figurines. It reportedly took almost a year to develop the concept to their satisfaction, with special focus given to incorporating a variety of transformation schemes. The vinyl construction of the figures also allowed these transformations to work in ways not possible with the hard ABS plastic of larger Transformers toys.

Despite them ostensibly being blind-bagged, it's possible to tell which figure you're getting thanks to a small clear window and embossed letter code on the reverse of the package.

Series 5 was incredibly difficult to find, with very few US retailers and virtually no online outlets offering them, and the few places they could be found, like Target, apparently got very very few of them. Well over a year later, in late 2020, they would show up in the UK at B&M and Home Bargains discount stores.

Cyberverse

Tiny Turbo Changers continued on into the Cyberverse franchise, but if you lived in the US, you would be forgiven for not realizing this. The first Series barely made it to US retail, showing up at (some) Kmarts and later some grocery store chains during the holidays in 2019. Series 2 started to pop up in Targets in July 2020, while Series 3 was available in a few international markets (in some of them as early as late 2019), but has yet to be found in the United States. Series 4 was released in Canada in October 2020, eventually seeing a brief run in US Targets in March 2021. Series 5 appeared in US Targets in September 2021, consisting entirely of re-packs of various toys from the previous waves, but notably having some Series 3 toys of major-ish characters in the mix.

Not-Tiny-Turbo-Changers
Target stores got two exclusive Cyberverse multi-packs each featuring a redecoed 1-Step-Changer and a trio of small beast-bots that, while not branded as Tiny Turbo Changers, are the same scale, construction, style of transformation, paint styling, etc. That, and the Sharkticon figure was later redecoed into Gnaw, who was released as part of Series 4 of the blind-baged assortment. Thus they're listed here as they're for all intents and purposes as Tiny Turbo Changers.
