Synopsis
While doing maintenance in an asteroid field, Optimus and his team discover the AllSpark. Not soon long after, they're being chased by the Decepticons and make a break for the nearby space bridge. The Nemesis isn't able to follow the Orion through the bridge, and the Orion warps out over Earth's moon.
However, Megatron was able to make it into the ship's bridge, and had easily defeated the rest of the crew, even with one arm missing. Pinning Optimus down, Megatron declares that it was time for the AllSpark to be his after searching for it for 4 million years. But first, he would like to finish off Optimus. Just as Megatron declares that the universe belongs to him, Optimus extends his axe's handle to blow the hatch and kicks the screaming Decepticon leader out of the ship.
As the ship falls to Earth, a young man discovers a lifeless robotic head on his property.
The Autobots enter into the emergency stasis pods before awakening later to battle against their old foe once again...

Notes
- This issue is pretty much a retelling of "Transform and Roll Out, Part 1", except the last panel jumps straight to the end of "Megatron Rising - Part 1" where the Autobots are just about to fight Megatron.
- It's like it's in Megatron's contract to declare that all of the universe belongs to him at least once in almost any Japanese adaptation.
