Queen Bee

The Queen Bee is an alien from the Headmasters cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Queen Bee (女王蜂 Joōbachi) is the monarch of the planet Hive. She shares political power with a parliament, which governs internal affairs.

She lives in a castle surrounded by a "sea of energy".

The Queen Bee gave the Medal of Valour to Makku's father.

The Queen Bee was seated on her throne when a soldier brought news of an impeding Decepticon attack. The Queen ordered Hive's defence systems to be activated and all Hive vessels to be recalled from space. When the Decepticons were seen in Hive space, the Queen asked whether all of the Hive ships had returned yet; they had not. Once the Decepticons infiltrated Hive's core, the Queen ordered all of the children evacuated into the castle. Makku was unable to do so and was caught up on the battlefield.

As the Autobots arrived to defend against the Decepticons, the Hive ships in orbit attacked them, not trusting any Transformer. The Queen questioned why the Autobots were not counterattacking, but was assured by a soldier that they would show their true colors soon enough.

Chromedome, in an attempt to plead his case to the people of Hive, entered the planet's core. There he met Makku, who was able to get Chromedome audience before the Queen. Convinced by Chromedome, the Queen ordered the attack on the Autobots to stop. When the Decepticons reached the exterior of the castle, the Queen refused Galvatron's demand for Hive's energy. Galvatron, angered, attacked the Queen and her convoy, but was confronted by Chromedome. Chromedome, however, was shot down into the sea of energy.

Back inside the castle, the Queen personally contacted the Autobots, pleading for their help and revealing Chromedome's apparent fate. Chromedome was able to recover and the Autobots were able to force the Decepticons into retreat. Fight to the Death on Planet Hive!!
