Cybertron's nearest mining colony, Births, Deaths, and Interventions the operations on Croteus 12 were eventually automated by the Kaon upperclass in the name of profit. When Senator Decimus arrived on the planet to announce this to the miners, a riot broke out. After the riot was put down, Decimus left the planet along with a prison ship bound for Penal Facility H-3. Megatron Origin #1
