"SORRR-reeee."

To most observers, Cop-Tur doesn't seem terribly bright. He hunches, speaks dimly, and laughs at all the wrong things. Little do they know that the Elite Guard chose Cop-Tur because buried under his crude and simple behavior is the mind of a mechanical genius. It's best that Cop-Tur is kept busy building newer and better warrior bodyforms than risk losing him to the Decepticons.

Nine million years ago at the dawn of the Great War and following Dion's near-destruction at the hands of Megatron, Cop-Tur oversaw the reconstruction of Dion into a new bodyform, and was there when the former dockworker awoke. Beast Wars: Uprising

Cop-Tur was a guard at the Forever Vaults when it was raided by Monsterous, who sought the G-Virus contained within. Unlike his fellow guards, Cop-Tur was spared, as Monsterous wasn't sure if he was "their Cop-Tur" or not. He still ended up hospitalized and in the care of First Aid and Fixit, who were confused by his strange phases of unconsciousness. Inspired by the combiner he faced off against, Cop-Tur went to work on making plans for an efficient gestalt, only to be suddenly and violently transformed into Galvatron by the G-Virus he was exposed to during the heist. • Elite Guard Dion (Deluxe, 2010)
Cop-Tur is a redeco of Universe Jolt, transforming into a rocket-rotored helicopter of undetermined model. He can attach to the back of Elite Guard Dion's vehicle mode to give him a back-mounted rotor for... speed boosts? At any rate, he was only available with Dion, the free 2010 membership toy for the Fun Publications Transformers Collectors' Club.
Unfortunately, the propeller and front half of Cop-Tur's helicopter mode hang off of his back, making him extremely back heavy. Combined with his lack of heel spurs, he can't stand up straight without instantly toppling over.
This mold was also used to make Henkei! Jolt.
