This scheme provides freedom and convenience for customers to get the best services. This scheme allows the regulator to gain efficiency of block number as a limited resource. Analysis in this research consisted of techno-economic analysis to provide options for the operator (Telkomsel) and RIA (Regulatory Impact Analysis) for the regulator. The output from these two analyses were processed and simulated based on customer behavioral data to obtain the impact of MNP. Both analyses indicated that market operators did not change drastically after MNP implementation. On Telkomsel, customers who port-in exceeds the port-out (48% against 43%). RIA analysis shows the benefits received by the public exceeded the cost incurred.

A... more Abstrak Dalam penulisan proyek akhir ini membahas mengenai decoding komunikasi GSM terenkripsi. Alat yang digunakan adalah RTL-SDR yang dapat menangkap sinyal BTS (Base Transceiver Station) dan aplikasi Gr-GSM untuk proses decoding data yang ditangkap dari BTS. Tujuan dari penulisan proyek akhir adalah untuk menganalisis keamanan data pada jaringan komunikasi GSM. Dari hasil analisis ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, dari proses pengujian penangkapan sinyal dan decoding mendapatkan informasi operator dari frekuensi berupa GSM Frame Number, IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), TMSI (Temporary IMSI), algoritma keamanan yang digunakan pada operator, dan data komunikasi pada keamanan GSM. Abstract In this final project writing discusses the decoding of encrypted GSM communications. The tool used is RTL-SDR which can capture BTS (Base Transceiver Station) signal and Gr-GSM application for data decoding process captured from BTS. The purpose of writing the final project is to analyze data security on GSM communication networks. From the results of this analysis can be concluded that, from the process of testing the signal capture and decoding obtain operator information from the frequency of GSM Frame Number, IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), TMSI (Temporary IMSI), security algorithm used on operators, and communication data on GSM security.

Teknologi ini mampu menggantikan infrastruktur jaringan Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) komersial. Dengan openBTS, implementasi BTS menjadi lebih mudah dan murah, serta biaya SMS antar user dapat menjadi lebih murah atau bahkan gratis. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan OpenBTS versi 5 dengan layanan SMS pada jaringan GSM menggunakan sistem operasi ubuntu 14.04 dan USRP tipe RAD1.

Pada proyek akhir ini akan diperkenalkan cara baru untuk melakukan hacking atau pengujian penetrasi pada sebuah sistem dengan menggunakan smartphone. Smartphone yang biasa menggunakan system operasi android tersebut akan di flash ulang sehingga dapat menggunakan sistem operasi yang hampir sama dengan Linux yaitu Kali Net Hunter. Kemudian jika Kali Net Hunter telah ter-install pada smartphone tersebut akan dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan HID keyboard attack, yaitu penyerangan untuk merekam keylogger pada sebuah browser. Penyerangan dilakukan dengan cara menghubungkan smartphone dengan laptop korban dengan kabel USB dan menanamkan exploit pada laptop korban, kemudian penyerangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metasploit. Ketika korban mengetikkan username dan password saat melakukan login maka akan terekam. Remember if a hacker or someone who wants to doing a penetration test require needs a laptop to do such activities on a site adjacent to the target will give rise to suspicion, then that is considered less effective way to conduct such activities, so there is this final project will be introduced a new way to perform penetration testing or hacking on a system by using smartphone. The usual Smartphone using the android operating system in flash reset so can use almost the same operating system with Linux i.e. Kali Net Hunter. Then if the Kali Net Hunter has been installed on a smartphone will be testing using the HID keyboard attack, that assault to record a keylogger on a browser. The assault was conducted by way of a connecting victims with laptop with smartphone USB cable and embed code on the victim's laptop, then attacks is done using metasploit. When victims type in the username and password during login it will be recorded.
Communication today requires a secure, reliable and efficient network, especially on enterprise n... more Communication today requires a secure, reliable and efficient network, especially on enterprise networks. This research focuses on combining advantages from Frame Relay, MPLS and OSPF into a modeled multi-site network. The combination is compared to the original OSPF network and analyzed for its throughput, packet loss, and delay. To meet the demand for efficient and resilient network, and to emphasize the advantages of MPLS-OSPF as well as to avoid traffic shifting, specific network topology models are applied: full mesh with virtual circuit in core network connected to OSPF nodes for the rest. From analysis and comparison of network quality values obtained at, this combination attests to be reliable and robust network architecture without trading off its efficiency. The average throughput value of the combination networks was 18.47 bps, which is better compared to the OSPF. The average delay and packet loss from combination network also show better results, which are 59.90ms and 2.01% respectively. The results shows that the combination of Frame Relay, OSPF and MPLS generates better performance as well as significant improvement in network security.
