Templates in this category are using a Navbox inside with quick links available, but they point to a different template than their respective one because the name parameter was set incorrectly.
For a template named Template:<something>, set its value to <something> as a Navbox parameter when using it inside.
Quick links are that v • t • e (can also set to be displayed as view • talk • edit) thing displayed on the top-left of the Navbox, they allow you to quickly manage a template without wasting time.
