Marianna Szabó
I'm a clinical psychologist and senior lecturer in psychology at the University of Sydney.
I have 15 years experience in mindfulness and other meditation practices, which are currently my primary research and clinical interests. I have a research backgound in developmental psychopathology and in psychological assessment, and maintain an interest in designing psychometrically sound measures and testing their adaptations in various cultures. A general interest in cross-cultural research also lead me to developing long-standing collaborations with colleagues in Hungary, with whom we are currently developing a culturally adapted Mindful Parenting program.
I speak fluent English and Hungarian, and very bad Italian.
