Wagisu ni tawi la kabila la Wamasaba linaloishi kwenye mlima Elgon, mashariki mwa Uganda (wilaya ya Mbale).

Wanahusiana sana na Wakusu wa Kenya.

Leo wengi wao ni Wakristo.
