If you sign in to the Fitbit app using a Google account, visit support.google.com to manage or cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription.
You can cancel and check your Fitbit Premium subscription status.

Note: If you purchased an annual Fitbit Premium subscription through fitbit.com, you’ll need to resubscribe to Fitbit Premium through the Fitbit app when your current subscription ends. Auto-renewals of annual memberships purchased on fitbit.com will stop being effective on February 29, 2024.

In the Fitbit app, tap the You tab , tap Try Fitbit Premium.

Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.
Note: Fitbit Premium memberships can also be purchased on the Google Store.If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you’re currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll find an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. For instructions on how to cancel your Fitbit Premium subscription, refer to How do I manage or cancel my Fitbit Premium subscription?
Using a Google Account or Google One Membership: If you signed in to the Fitbit app with your Google account or have access to Premium through a Google One membership, visit support.google.com to manage or cancel your subscription.
Using a Fitbit Login: If you signed in to the Fitbit app with a Fitbit login (username and password), you’ll need to create a Google account to manage or cancel your subscription. Learn how to create a new Google Account.

To cancel your subscription or check membership details:

From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture.

Tap Fitbit Settings Fitbit Premium. Your membership details are listed on this page.

To cancel your subscription, tap Cancel membership at the bottom of the page. This will take you to your phone’s app store subscription management page.
Note: If you purchased your subscription in the Google Play Store using PayPal, but your subscription doesn't appear, cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. For more information, visit the PayPal help site.
If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription, but don’t have access to it, restore your subscription purchase:

From the You tab in the Fitbit app, tap Get Fitbit Premium.

At the bottom of the page, tap Restore Purchase. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your subscription.

Go to the Google Store click the account icon and log in with the Google Account connected to your Fitbit Premium subscription.

Click your profile picture on the top right Subscriptions.

Tap a subscription Payment Detail Cancel Subscription.
Note: If you purchased your Fitbit Premium membership through a different store, sign in to the store or website where you originally subscribed.
Fitbit Premium insights use your health and fitness data to provide customized tips and observations to help you reach your goals. The insights you receive with your Fitbit Premium subscription are more personalized than standard insights in the Fitbit app.
Fitbit Premium allows you to access personalized running form insights. These insights, available on Google Pixel Watch 3, help you improve your running technique and reduce the risk of injury.
By analyzing your cadence, stride length, and other metrics, you can identify areas for improvement and optimize your performance. Additionally, you'll receive tailored guides, progress updates, and alerts on your device to stay motivated and track your achievements.
To check your insight, tap the Today tab . Please note that you may not receive a new insight every day.

If you purchased Fitbit Sense on fitbit.com and add the 6-month Fitbit Premium membership, you may be eligible for a 6-month Calm Premium subscription (available in certain regions.)
To redeem your offer, go to calm.com/fitbit and enter the unique code you received in the email message after your purchase. The subject line of the email message is “Calm subscription redemption code”. If you have trouble redeeming your offer, visit the Calm help site.

Your Fitbit Premium Wellness Report details your activity, sleep, heart rate, and weight data up to the last 12 months. Export your Wellness Report from the Fitbit app to access your data or share it with a healthcare professional.

From the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Profile Membership benefits Wellness Report.

Tap Preview report Request my report. When your report is ready, you’ll receive a notification in the Fitbit app. Your report may take a few minutes to appear in your inbox.

Tap the Personal Health Report notification, which stays in your inbox for up to 30 days.

Tap View Report to open the report on your phone, or tap Share to send the report to yourself or a healthcare professional.
Note the following:

You must have at least 30 days of data to generate a Wellness Report.

Certain data requires a heart-rate enabled device to track.

Only data you track or log appears in the Wellness Report. For example, you must log your weight in the Fitbit app to include weight data in your report.
If you have trouble with Fitbit Premium, contact the Customer Support page and tap Fitbit Premium.
Your Fitbit Premium subscription automatically activates when you purchase it. If you purchased Fitbit Premium through the Google Store and don't yet have a Fitbit account, create an account using the same Google account you used for purchase. If you don't find an active subscription in your Fitbit account after purchasing Fitbit Premium through the Google Store, check Why don't I have an active subscription in the Fitbit app?
When you purchase Fitbit Premium through the Google Store, you need to sign in to the Fitbit account using the same Google Account you used to purchase your subscription.

If you log in to the Fitbit app using a different Google account than the one you used to purchase Fitbit Premium, contact support.
If you receive a message that you have two Fitbit Premium subscriptions, you might have purchased a standalone Fitbit Premium subscription and a Google One subscription that includes Fitbit Premium. Visit support.google.com to manage or cancel your standalone Fitbit Premium subscription. For additional support, contact Customer Support.
Google One is a membership plan for expanded storage which includes extra benefits to help you get more out of Google. In some locations, certain Google One subscriptions include a Fitbit Premium subscription. For more information about Google One, refer to one.google.com/faq. Note that in order to use the included Fitbit Premium subscription, you must use your Google account to sign in to Fitbit.
