My external hard drive not detected from my Windows pc despite can be detected from my Samsung tablet
I have an external hard drive Seagate model: SRD0NF1 size 1TB and it is not being detected on my Windows PC.
The PC specs:
Windows 10 Home
64bit
ASUS rog GL752VW

My PC can't write to any USB external storage device but can write to my Phone storage
I recently noticed that I couldn't write files (or delete files) to any external usb storage using my PC.
Here is what happens when I try to create a new folder.

Launch Windows program when external drive connected
In Windows 10, is there any way to launch an existing program (EXE) when a specific USB external disk is connected?
The EXE need not be on the external disk but will need to access files on it.
