Employing a mixed-methods strategy, the study gathered both qualitative and quantitative insights. Surveys and interviews with local business owners and tourism specialists shed light on existing practices and attitudes. Furthermore, an examination of secondary data, such as tourism figures and market dynamics, provided a thorough perspective of the indus- try’s capabilities. The quantitative research utilized a sample of 150 entrepreneurs from the aforementioned sectors in Tran and Crab, employing questionnaires to gather data. The qualitative component involved 80 key informants from these business categories and 10 officials from pertinent governmental/private entities. Data analysis was conducted using a five-level scale based on the Krejcie and Morgan system, as well as statistical tools like the Arithmetic Mean and Standard Deviation
